About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful space with lots of natural light located on the top (2nd) floor. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The jacuzzi tub is a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. 1 minute walk to the train that will take you anywhere that you would like to go! Easy ride to Wrigley Field and downtown. Located in the heart of Albany Park. We are one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country! The food choices within a 1-5 minute walk are too many to list. Easy no contact check in with a keyless entry system. We ask that it not be rented for parties.

My siblings and I met for the weekend to take in a concert at Wrigley Field. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was so clean and well stocked with everything we would need. Much preferred this place over a hotel because we could all hang out together instead of having to meet up in a lobby or restaurant. This property is in the perfect spot to catch the subway and very easy to get Ubers. If I’m ever back in Chicago I will definitely rebook!

This vrbo allows for easy transportation throughout the downtown Chicago with multiple restaurants nearby. There is also an assigned parking space in alley behind the apartment. Wonderful stay!

This was by far the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at! The kitchen had everything you needed, with the bedrooms and living room full of additional comforts (blankets, slippers, towels, etc.). Dawn was a fabulous host and a great communicator! The location was a bit far from downtown attractions, but we knew this before booking and were willing to commute a bit further in exchange for a safer neighborhood. We felt very safe walking to local restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment was bigger than it looked in photos and was wonderfully equipped. A very short walk to restaurants and the”L”, which makes going downtown easy. Host communicates well and will answer any questions in a timely manner. Each bedroom’s bed was comfortable and both baths well stocked. Highly recommend booking for your next Chicago adventure.

Our host was unbelievably accommodating in every aspect from check-in to check-out. The apartment had literally everything we needed and Dawn left us wanting nothing. We travel extensively, domestically and internationally, and 9 times out of 10 stay at rentals vs. hotels. I have never experienced this kind of communication, kindness, attention to detail, and down right generosity. Plus she had killer snacks. Run, don't walk, to book this property!!!!!!

Dawn was a wonderful host. We were traveling with a toddler and without any prompting from us Dawn offered a crib and a highchair. The home was spacious, clean and amazingly well stocked. Located on a nice residential street and within walking distance to the subway it was perfect for us.

We stayed here for a long weekend when some of my family was running a half marathon in town. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed, and then some! So many extras we didn’t expect and very much appreciated! This place is so close to the train, which was wonderful since we spent a lot of time going places. The restaurants nearby are plentiful and so varied, we loved it! Highly recommend!!

I am not generally one to do a review but Dawn and this property went above and beyond and it needs to be known! A beautiful and quiet neighborhood with so many amenities within walking distance made our trip easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is comfortable and beautifully furnished. Dawn was exceptionally helpful and accommodating in every way. There were snacks at the ready for us to enjoy; many toiletries we may have forgotten handy; games and books provided and generously being flexible with check in/out times due to our many different flight schedules. I honestly can not say enough good about the host, the house and this experience. Would definitely come back!!

We had an amazing stay here!! So clean and so cozy. It really was our home away from home. The location was so convenient to the train. We had no trouble at home making our way around. The neighborhood had many restaurants and groceries. It was nice to walk around and see everything. We hope to stay here again!

Dawn was very responsive to all our inquiries. The home was so clean and very welcoming with an abundance of snacks and bottled water. The towels were high quality and plentiful as were the bed pillows and throw blankets. We were very pleased and impressed.

It was so nice that the owner got us a pack n play and a high chair for my daughter and even removed games that had small pieces. The rental was well stocked with snacks and treats for all. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Thank you for a great weekend.

This was my families first trip to Chicago. We wanted a nice safe location that was convenient to the train to take in and out of the city. This unit delivered! We all enjoyed the snacks that were provided and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, we all had our own space during the stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if our travels take us to Chicago.

Where do I begin. This place was immaculately cleaned, organized, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. From the comfy beds...to the coffee...to the coziness of home. Our host was quick to respond and provided us with guidance on transportation. On a scale of 1 to 10, our host gets a 20.

Our host made this stay a breeze & everything about the space was perfect for our 48 hour stay in Chicago! You cannot beat the fact that it is just steps from the brown line CTA stop. We were able to get to Wrigley for a concert smoothly & downtown to the loop just the same. Highly reccommend this clean, spacious property for your next vacation.
