Enjoyed staying at this mint condition, quiet and comfortable property. Everything seemed brand new in the unit, clean and functioning well. Parking on site was convenient. And location was close to State Street downtown and attractions, but in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. No on-site office, so check in and any issues are handled remotely by te t/email. Definitely recommend this place for an economical stay.

Very clean and comfortable room. Room is pretty small but well adorned and bed is very comfortable. Would not recommend for wheelchair user as there is no elevator for second floor and too small to maneuver around room. Great location, relatively short walk to the bowl and lots of restaurants nearby. Road noise is pretty noticeable, only reason I took off a star. Would stay here again.

Very loud place. Lots of road noise. Someone was smoking outside all night. Oddly, the shower didn’t have cold water so after a day at the beach, when I was trying to wash my hair, the water was so hot that I could not rinse the shampoo out without burning my skin and scalp. I had to get out of the shower and try to rinse the rest of the shampoo out in the sink. Not fun. Also, Anyone walking by can see into anyone’s room. The curtains left a gap so you could see inside which was very strange. I had to position a pillow so that people weren’t watching me change clothes and sleep.
Positives were, after one night, the hotel did move me to a different, nicer room when I told them about the lack of cold water situation. The hotel is in a great location and it’s decorated very cute. There were nice little touches like make up remover and slippers.
This place could be great if they invested in some insulation or double pane windows To take care of the noise issues, better curtains and plumbing so that there was normal water temperature. I felt like it was extremely overpriced for what I got, even in the nicer room that I was moved to.

This was a perfect little getaway for my family!
We had a wonderful stay our apartment/hotel. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We booked the one bedroom suite which had everything we needed including dishwasher and laundry machine. The location was perfect and very walkable to downtown. There was also ample EV charging which is a huge plus.
I will definitely rebook next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Great place to stay.

These ladies and gentlemen are so incredibly bright, and fun and doing everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect! They bend over backwards Fulfilling all your wishes! I’m not kidding this place is incredible!! I am so incredibly impressed and I can’t wait to come back!!

Beautifully renovated property in an excellent location. The rooms are small, but serves its purpose as a place to get ready and rest. I booked this place partly because I rented an electric vehicle and saw that this property accomodated this. The only issue is that vehicles not needing a charge took up all those spaces leaving non ev charging spots available which was beyond frustrating. I wish there was a policy for non ev users to use up non ev spaces before occupying the charging spots. This may allow people who need to use the charging stations the opportunity to utilize it overnight or anytime it is needed. This is not a reflection of the property, but having that as a policy would make it a better stay.

Very newly renovated property. Walkable distance to downtown and beach. Lots of amenities inside the unit. Electric car chargers available in almost every parking stahl. Price relatively good for Santa Barbara

Great room. Great location.
4.7
Automated location internet entry; no front desk but worked for our stay
4.7
The room had a separate kitchenette area with microwave, mini fridge and coffeemaker which was nice. Shower was large. Bed was very comfy.
4.7
New construction. All the amenities provided. Great communication. Wonderful location and walking distance to Santa Barbara Bowl.
4.7
I liked that it was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Santa Barbara Bowl and to State Street. Check in was so easy, free parking, allow 1 night stays. Rooms are clean, updated and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again

Great location

I like this hotel very much. It was the second time I stayed there. The clean, minimalist aesthetic is very refreshing, and it’s walking distance to almost everything. What I didn’t like was that the room was listed at a low price and then they added on a good chunk of change a night as a “surcharge” or something. I stayed there anyway because the higher price plus tax is still a good price for Santa Barbara and I was 3/4 of the way through the booking process when I discovered the additional charge, but I felt I’d been made a fool of.

We had a great stay at Casa Jardin. Not only was it as advertised it was even better - great and comfy bed, walking distance to everything on State Street, easy parking, fluffy towels and bath amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, eye masks and makeup remover. They literally thought of everything!
4.7
Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly
4.7
Simple, modern, very clean room and I’m one of those picky people. Perfect for an overnight stay. Walkable area. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
4.7
Absolutely stunning. 5-star stay.
Both my girlfriend and I loved this place.
4.7
Functional simplicity with delightful touches.
4.7
Room 1 was very tiny. Couldn’t walk between the bed and closet unless closet door was closed. Only stayed one night by myself, so it was ok.
4.7
Clean, cute, and well appointed. The room was big enough to sleep in but too small for any visitors. Only one chair. Next time I go to the Santa Barbara Bowl, I'll certainly stay there. Free parking.
4.7
Excellent location for a reasonable price

Honestly this place doesn’t get the hype it deserves. Quiet, reserved, not in a crowded area. It’s also a few minutes walk away from downtown SB (so many shops and food) Beautiful property and 10/10 communication. The rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. I stayed in a single queen bed, it was spacier than I thought (and for 2 people ). The decor is great and gives off upscale vibes. Shoutout to the designers!! Will be my #1 option whenever I am in the area again !
4.7
great stay. i was in sb for 1 night. i appreciate the contactless check in/check out.
4.7
Compact but very well designed and stocked.
4.7
The room was tiny, modern, and super clean. Not much room to move around. Within walking distance of Downtown with many quaint and curious shops and restaurants. Parking lot is well-maintained and equipped with chargers. TV/Cable service is confusing.
4.7
My stay at Casa Jardin was great! Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures! Everything looked very well upkept and clean! The bed is so comfy as well! Everything was walking distance from the place
too. Really nice and safe area to stay!
4.7
Casa Jardin was well presented, clean and a good location for us.
The 4pm check in time was inconvenient - I hadn't realised there was no reception on the property (I should have checked more closely). We had arrived on the train late morning and had nowhere to put our luggage until check in. Perhaps a storage locker could be made available in the future for others in the same situation?
We also found the place quite loud - the neighbourhood is quiet, but we could hear every doorstep from our neighbours upstairs. It's all hard flooring - perhaps some rugs would help dampen the noise, or a warning to upstairs guests to keep it down - they sounded like a herd of elephants when we were trying to sleep!
We also found it slightly odd that a place for two only had one chair, so one person had to eat breakfast sitting on the bed.
Overall, still a decent stay in Santa Barbara.

Everything about this place was perfect. Communication cleanliness areas seems very safe. All that was great.
4.7
I loved the check-in process, like, nothing to do but open the door! everything was clean, new, super comfortable and pleasant. I will make this my go-to accomodation for visits to Santa Barbara because it's affordable, reliable and luxurious
4.7
Casa Jardin had all the amenities that I was looking for. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The parking was a bit limited, but it had quite a few spots. The location to State Street was great which made walking the area very accessible. Management was always checking to insure a positive experience. I would return to this hotel.
4.7
Great location and great neighbourhood
4.7
Nice little room for a one night stay even with for two people. It ha d pretty much everything we needed. I surprisingly didn’t feel cramped with limited space we had. The only down fall were the thin walls, I could hear the guest talking at night. There is a small parking lot in the back too and it seems to be enough parking for everyone staying there too. Very close to the down town area so if you’re in the mood of walking, this is perfect.
4.7
Very easy to get into the room. Room was very comfortable and quiet at night. Great location—short walk to lots of restaurants etc. Would recommend and would stay here again when in Santa Barbara!
4.7
Everything was great! We were a bit confused initially by the door, but if you just pull towards you THEN push, it opens easily every time.
4.7
Location is great. The space was clean and had pretty much everything that you’d need. The door code wasn’t working so I reached out via text and they responded right away and got the physical key for me to use the rest of the trip so that was a crisis averted.
4.7
Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. The room seemed very new and clean with thoughtful amenities. Perfect for a single traveler or couple. Price seemed very reasonable for the neighborhood. I'd go back!
4.7
This is perfect if you like a quieter area. Even though it’s not in a touristy area, it’s very walkable to everything on State Street. We come to Santa Barbara often and I’d definitely stay here again.
4.7
Perfect location, perfect for 2 people, so clean. IT’s everything you would need for a get away. I would book again!
