Perfect spot for a multi-family beach trip. We enjoyed the airy living room, firepit for smores and walkability to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Quiet street. It was so wonderful to walk only two blocks to the beach with young kids, and only four blocks to get to Laneda Ave. The only complaint is that we four grown-ups were looking forward to enjoying the firepit after the kids went to bed, but we found that the propane tank was empty when we arrived. I messaged Meredith Lodging about it and requested a refill. We messaged back and forth three times, and I was repeatedly told that they would let me know when someone could take care of it. Unfortunately it never happened which was a bit of a let down.

Very nice home with plenty of space. Had an issue w the gas grill—-needed tank replaced—which the management was very responsive to.
Would definitely recommended. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach

Very nice townhome conveniently located close to the downtown area and the beach. Nicely appointed, beautiful space. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect for a beach getaway. Clean and comfortable and easy walk to the beach

Our first impression was that it wasn’t cleaned well, stairs were not vacuumed. Everything else seemed good. Furniture is not comfortable, HOWEVER, location is perfect! Walking distance to town, and beach. Cute condo but could use some updates, we loved our stay. We would stay again for the amazing location!

The property was very nice and clean, but a big selling point was the fire pit and we could not access the fire pit for our entire stay. I called the company and they said someone would be over to unlock the door to the back patio (where the fire pit is located) and nobody came. We could not use the fire pit at all which is one of the main reasons we booked the place.

Parking rule difficult to follow with large vehicles.
Parking a full size pickup in short garage doesn’t work, we had a work around. 8 adults mostly don’t arrive in 2 vehicles. It was fine, slow season

This home worked perfectly for a short trip to the coast with friends. Was clean and had everything we needed. It is a close walk to the beach also! Only suggestion I'd have is to provide more dishes, especially glasses/cups. Would rent again if staying in the area in the future!

lovely, well appointed, clean. The only tricky bit was the garage parking. We weren’t confident in our maneuvering/had a larger vehicle. Might be ok for others.
