We had a wonderful stay at the Old Post Office. The owners had thought of everything we could possibly need and left excellent instructions. The house was really lovely and comfortable. They had also ordered the weather ! We had no direct contact with them but knew how to if we had a problem. We loved the area and hopefully will return in the future.

Our stay at The Old Post Office was so relaxing and we felt the owners had gone the extra mile in creating a “home away from home”. The interior design suits all ages and we were amazed how big the property actually is. There were 5 of us plus my mother. She has mobility issues but found the property easy to navigate and was so happy there was a downstairs guest bathroom. As she was recuperating she felt instantly at home and so comfortable.
Having two en-suite bedrooms was also a bonus. The main bathroom is a showstopper as the bath is so luxurious!
Although the weather meant we couldn’t use the hot tub - it was a nice addition. We did make use of the garden though.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals - we enjoyed a few nights cooking in the lovely kitchen.
We really enjoyed our stay here and visited some of the local pubs and restaurants that were recommended.
We definitely recommend The Old Post Office - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to the owners who left us a welcome surprise - it was much appreciated!
