Very good stay overall

The room was immaculate and could not fault anything with it, the outside bathroom we were really impressed with. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed the swimming pool and a massage. The Happy hour deal for cocktails is very good as well with a great view of the sunset.

For the price it would have been good to include a free transfer from the port (other hotels we’ve stayed in with a similar price have done so) the transfer offered was 850 pesos would have been good to of been informed a tuk tuk would have cost 450 pesos. - We found the food slightly disappointing and small portions at breakfast being bulked out with bread

Great stay

I like the bungalow idea and uniqueness of the resort

My room had termite poo everywhere, inside and in the bathroom as well. Made it hard for me to walk around without getting it on my feet

Exceptional stay, 11/10! Do not hesitate to book here

Amazing! We have been traveling around the world for 7 months and this is genuinely one of the best accomodations we have stayed in. Had it all; Relaxed atmosphere, lovely pool with sea views and stunning sunsets out over the water, spacious and clean rooms with really nice outdoor showers, friendly and helpful staff and even a friendly pooch for late night pats. They helped organise a seamless transfer to and from the port, and then we hired cheap and good quality scooters and snorkelling gear directly which was super handy. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the happy hour cocktails are hard to beat! We were recommended this stay and are so thankful for it, we didn’t want to leave! Book here please, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful resort with quality service, loved it!

Such a beautiful resort, we stayed in the harmony room with a beautiful outlook over the infinity pool and ocean. I cannot recommend highly enough, delivered exceptional service, with quality food. The staff were so helpful and nothing was ever a problem. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Trop cher pour la prestation globale

Le resort est très joli, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Il y a un super coucher de soleil à voir le soir. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain extérieure est très sympa. Les scooters sont de très bonne qualité.

Les prix du restaurant sont beaucoup trop chers et les portions minuscules. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Nous étions à côté du générateur et avons du dormir avec des boules quies… Les propriétaires n’ont aucune infos à transmettre sur les îles alentours…

Très belle endroit pour se reposer et déconnecter

Accueil très chaleureux, ambiance incroyable, amicale, respectueuse et romantique, parfait pour notre séjour dans cet établissement en lune de miel. Nous avons apprécié tous les différents aspects de ce Resort : la cuisine, les cocktails, la piscine à débordement sur la mer, ma musique d’ambiance zen en fond, salle de bain en extérieur très atypique et luxueuse. Les propriétaires ont sur répondre à toutes nos attentes et besoins particuliers. Cela reste un des plus beau hôtel que nous ayez fait, dans le top 5 de nos 5 ans de voyages. Merci à Vanessa et Loïc ainsi que leur équipe nous recommandons fortement cet établissement de rêve. Vous ne serez pas déçu :) Magique et sublime 5 étoiles mérités largement !

Absoltuely wonderful experience, book here before it sells out. Made our Siquijor trip a dream.

The staff - Nick and the team go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. Loic (the owner) also introduced himself when we checked in. The location - ideally located on the ocean’s-edge and in San Juan, near enough to great restaurants and 20m drive to the port. Rooms/huts- huge, beautifully decorated rooms with outside showers. Simply incredible. Food- why go out when the restaurant serves a ‘tuna festival’ that is the best fish you’ve had in years whilst watching sunset. Genuinely fantastic.

There’s really nothing they could do to improve this new resort. *not the hotel’s responsibility* The (only) comment we’d make is that one of the drivers from the partner company ran over a dog at the gate, with us in the car, as we checked out. Pretty shoddy ending to the trip as he didn’t wait 2 seconds for the dog to move.

Exceptional stay

Loved everything about U Story. It was an exceptional stay, the food was delicious, we basically ate all of our meals here as nothing else on the island compared. The rooms were beautiful.

Lots of potential with room for improvement.

The location on the cliffs is breathtaking and ideal to watch the sunsets. The pool area and restaurant are beautifully done and the Filipino staff, for the most part, was friendly.

The Harmony Bungalow offers almost no privacy, being situated right across from the restaurant. The noise level could also be improved, and the advertised "sea view" is barely mentionable. The part that bothered us the most, was the lack of awareness of the owners towards their guests. Since they were constantly hanging out with their friends at the biggest table in the restaurant, and didn't really anticipate their guest's needs, the resort feels like the owner's private playground and we as guests felt like paying bystanders. The food was also a huge letdown. We had dinner at the resort three times, and the food always fell short. The rock-hard and dry burger bun, paired with extremely soggy french fries was the most questionable dish on the menu, absolute not worth the overpriced price tag.

Un séjour inoubliable au cœur du confort et de l'hospitalité ( bungalow escale )

Je viens de quitter cet hôtel après quatre nuits et je suis bluffé. Cet endroit est une trouvaille exceptionnelle et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience ici! Les chambres sont spacieuses et respirent la tranquillité. La décoration est soignée, moderne et chaleureuse, ce qui crée une atmosphère accueillante dès qu’on franchi les portes vitrées. La salle de bain extérieure est une idée de génie, offrant une immersion totale dans la nature tout en préservant le confort d'un espace privé. C’est la plus belle salle de bain extérieure que j’ai vue de ma vie. La qualité de la literie est à souligner : dormir aussi bien est une rareté sur l'île, et c'est un luxe que j'ai grandement apprécié. Et pour rester connecté, que ce soit en chambre ou au bar, l'internet via Starlink est d'une rapidité et d'une stabilité impressionnantes, ce qui est très appréciable vu que j’ai besoin d’une bonne connection pour le travail. Le personnel est impeccable : le garde de sécurité est une mine d'informations, les femmes de chambre rayonnent de bonne humeur, et les serveuses anticipent nos besoins avec une attention remarquable. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse sincère, toujours prêts à échanger ou à résoudre rapidement le moindre problème, tout en nous accueillant chaque matin avec une parole sympa. Le restaurant mérite son ancienne réputation de meilleur de l'île (avant la reprise des nouveaux propriétaires). La qualité et l'authenticité des plats sont constantes, et le service est irréprochable. Quant à la caipirinha, elle est incontestablement la meilleure que j'ai pu savourer sur l'île. Il y a tant de points positifs que je pourrais encore mentionner, mais pour conclure, cet hôtel va bien au-delà d'un simple lieu de séjour. C'est une expérience mémorable, un exemple parfait d'accueil et de confort. J'aurais aimé le découvrir plus tôt, mais une chose est certaine : je reviendrai.

Le seul petit hic que j'ai pu noter ( et j’ai du chercher longtemps), c'est l'absence de support pour le papier toilette, mais ce n’est qu’un mini détail ( je pense à un oubli car le l’hôtel venait de réouvrir il y a quelques jours).
