The front duplex has 4 king bedrooms, while the back 4-plex offers 8 queen bedrooms—each with its own kitchen, living room, and sofa sleeper. Ideal for family reunions or group getaways.
ID verification required. 6 parking spots available. Additional deep cleaning fee is required for long-term stays.
The space
We invite you to each apartment of Rosewood Flats to sleep 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, a sofa sleeper and bathroom with a shower tub combo. In total, we can accommodate 36 guests with the 18 beds for this listing. The entire property, including parking, is exclusive to the guests of Rosewood Flats.
There are 6 total parking spots at our home. You can fit an additional car in each spot if you park parallel. There is free street parking on adjacent steeets.

PRIOR TO CHECK-IN
1. ID verification prior to check-in.
2. No smoking allowed in our home.
3. Quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM daily.
4. No unapproved events (outside visitors must be approved).
5. Cameras at front of the building, and facing backyard.
6. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF WE HAVE NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN. We won't be able to tell you if you can check in early until the day before your check-in, so if desired ask the day before your arrival.
18. There is a total of 12 parking spots in our complex (Cars must park parallel). Additional street parking is available on an adjacent street.
