Nice place, rude staff, Covid protocols too ridiculous

Cleanliness of the rooms. Got lucky and received a riverfront room.

We received a noise complaint at 6pm on New Years Eve from the front desk staff, like relax it’s New Years. Front desk were rude, consistently questioning us when entering the front doors how many people we had staying. We weren’t allowed visitors; when I am paying for the room, coming from out of town??? When checking out I was given the wrong receipt with someone else’s information on it.

Clean rooms, nice staff, excellent location!

It is close to many restaurants, the casino, and the waterfront. The chairs in the breakfast lounge were new and comfortable. The staff wiped off tables quickly after use. They were polite and happy to help.

The breakfast food wasn’t that great. The pork sausage was sub-standard quality. The yogurt was chalky in taste. The elevators ran pretty slow. The toilet in our bathroom was millimeters from the shower door. It felt too tight. The toilet should gave been turned the other direction so as to face the tub.The parking lot is quite small for a hotel this size.

The evening walk by Windsor Riverfront, enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and great view of the Ambassador bridge and Detr

Location is perfect, situated just across Windsor Riverfront. Our room have big window with spectacular river view and Detroit skyline. Front desk staff was great and helpful. I asked to change to higher floor to have a better Riverview. They were very helpful; accommodated my request and answered all our questions. Room is bright and clean, but the air conditioner unit is kind of noisy especially when they kicks on in the night.

Overall, it was a good experience. My favorite part of the hotel was probably the breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic. We had never seen a pancake maker before. The location was convenient. The rooms weren't huge but were clean and good for a couple nights stay. The pool was nice and warm.

The pool water was unexpectedly cloudy and the bathrooms could have been a little closer to the pool area.

It was our first stay at a Holiday Inn. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely add it to our choices for stays

It was very close to our event at Ceasars Windsor. We felt very secure as we had to swipe our keycard to get in Lobby after hours and on the elevator in order to get off on our floor. Very clean, loved the view of the river and Detroit skyline. Also like that there were good toiletries.

Had to pay for parking, lobby area very small and got crowded easily.

Everything. Your new trainee Jasmine was very nice, always had a smile professional. All the staff we're great. Lovely buffet, beautiful view of the water from our room. Snacks on hand to purchase. It was a wonderful experience
