Ehh.. it was just okay.

Location, view from our room, comfortable bed

Elevators suck, spending that kind of money for a room and then being charged $40 a night for parking(that is BS!!), tiny bathroom, no bathtub, shower leaked water all over the floor.

The property was very close to my destination…literally across the street, so it was convenient

The rooms were small and the carpets could use a good cleaning. Just a bit dated. The hot water was warm…it did not get hot at all in the sink.

Everything the staff was superb especially Dwayne Carter and a young lady named Ke

No microwave and they need a no security system for the elevators so that no one can just come on any floor and also the parking was too high and I did not have access to the pool because they were cleaning it

The property was pristine and beautiful! The water feature in the lobby relaxes me as I waited for my family to arrive.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to go back home!

Overrated

The location was solid, the room was a good temperature and the hotel bar was well maintained.

My bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was a used soap bar in the room. When I wanted to leave they were only running two elevators and they would be full of people so I had to take the stairs with my luggage from the 19th floor. The Valet service was okay but very expensive.

The scenery and the location! It's always a pleasure to return!

Every hotel that I've worked at, you can get an early check-in! When I called the hotel, the receptionist started that it's 3:00! No early check-in! That was a bummer!

Just was disappointed I live in the city. I just want to try out one of the hotels.

No one would clean room since house keepers next door but next knock on door. Seen bugs on wall in bathroom and furniture coming apart

Over all this is still my 1st choice to stay at in Downtown Detroit

I loved the view it was awesome. Location was great! People mover was very nice to site see. Staff was super nice. I can not wait to revisit again.

I would have like for the shower to be bigger and to have a tub. Rooms should have microwave I felt like my husband and I wasted lots of food because we could not reheat properly.

Nice hotel,m! Great view, Great location.

We have stayed at this hotel.Many of times. We had a room with a great view, and a location is great, as it's right off the highway.They have started to renovate this hotel and make changes to the rooms which were greatly needed.Looks really nice now.They're still in the process but the room we had was upgraded.

They need to have additional mirrors in the room and the bathroom is rather on the small side,

We had an excellent time! Family friendly, excellent food and coffee!

It was gorgeous and so clean!

When walking me through check in, the guy just asked for my card but didn’t tell me about the security deposit. I got a message about it so I knew but it still would have been nice to hear from him that the price didn’t change or anything

Great place good staff

Pool jacuzzi and sauna were all very nice the jacuzzi could have been a little warmer but nowadays it's hard to find one at hotels so I was very pleased

The rooms were very nice the beds were also and the view was spectacular from the 22nd floor highly recommend that

I will absolutely be back!!

Gorgeous decor and what a view of Canada!! Check in was super easy. Latasha noted my birthday had been two days prior and she gave me a gift bag and a gorgeous room with a stunning view. The valet station was super swamped the next morning. Staff brought snacks and drinks to help tide us over during our wait.

It served its purpose for a 2 day one night trip. Very convenient for us!

The staff was so pleasant and welcoming! It was in a great location downtown Detroit, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.

I wasn’t aware of the parking fee. The couch in the room was filthy. They gave us a handicap accessible room, I didn’t ask for that.

Exceeded expectations.

The rook was bigger than expected I think I got bumped up. The staff quickly checked me in & were polite, friendly & courteous. The Faygo and chips as little snack was an unexpected delight.

The outlets were few and far away from the bed. Also the lights (bed lamps & floor lamps) had only two settings extreme bright & off. Would’ve been nice to have something else since that was primary lighting in the space. Also there was weird brown stain on the bedroom window ledge.

Perfect location for far less than other hotels.

Excellent location! A station for the people mover is less than a block away and Ford Field is a 20 min walk. LISA, goddess of the front desk, goes way above and beyond take care of any need you have. And even ones that you don’t know you have. She is the icon as described in the reviews.

Breakfast was overpriced at $14.99. It is buffet but limited.

Don’t stay. Better options

Location is good

Wifi wasn’t great- couldn’t use it. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Our friends car( parked in hotel) was broken into and the staff didn’t care or try to help. The second day the staff were better.

I’d stay here again for the service alone!

Great location! The staff was the best part. They were so friendly, accommodating and amazing. I’d stay here again just for that kind of service.

the view was great and staff were very nice

room furniture and decor is very outdated, bed not very comfortable and room shades and curtain would not close completely allowing light into the room
