All the staff are super welcoming and happy! I loved my stay with downtown Cleveland comfort inn!
Breakfast was amazing but sane food every morning was a little gagging!

The bed was really comfortable, the price was reasonable and the breakfast was good.
Our room was not the cleanest at all.

Easy to get to
Walls are paper thin could hear a couple beside us. Never had to pay for state and county tax. I have for city and that's fine. Parking is not free. False advertising bed was hard and uncomfortable. Not what I expected

Fast, easy check-in/check-out; convenient parking; good location for my business purposes; front-desk staff friendly
Wifi was very slow and spotty; it would drop out frequently and you'd have to log back on
The air conditioning upon check-in around 3pm was working great; then later in the evening there was significant difference in temperature of the air omitting from it; it seemed that the system was turned off; room was extremely warm in middle of night and had trouble sleeping;
The lighting in the bathroom is very low (if you need to put on make-up, etc.) The light switch in our bathroom didn't work properly (seemed like it was shorting out and was an electrical issue); staff can up to check and said 'it's just a switch a issue' and nothing to be concerned about.
Windows were very dirty, smudged; ice machine on our floor was out of order (not informed)
I visit Cleveland at least once a month for work and have stayed at many hotels there. At $200 night, I think this was way over-priced. I could have (and have) stayed at many other hotels for that price with much better quality.
Would have been nice to have a some help or an offer to help with luggage; you're on your own!

Breakfast selection was small but the available items tasted good. The hotel was quiet and clean on the inside.
We were in a handicap room and the toilet safety bar was placed awkwardly and badly rusted. Clean or not, it was very unappealing.

Breakfast was good and the room spacious. We were here to visit some relatives so we didn't see much of the city but the hotel is located near Playhouse Square and just at the border of downtown.

I liked that there’s a 24 hour guard watching over our vehicles during our stay.
It’s a very old building. Property is located on an area with lots of homeless people. We didn’t feel 100 % safe. Old elevator. Rooms are dingy.

Location
The painfully high price we seem to have gotten through Booking versus going through the hotel directly. I thought the purpose was to save us money.
Room was in poor condition, AC unit not operating, vending on our floor wasn't working correctly

The location was nice
The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are tiny and was very uncomfortable for my family of 4 including a baby. Breakfast wasn't terrible but the only highchair available was broken. The room wasn't cleaned and I was under the assumption that there was a pool which there wasn't.
7.0 / 10.0
The location is great. Right downtown and within walking distance of several things to do. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
The room was pricey and small. The bathroom wasn't great. Thought we got a room with a bathtub . Got a flat open floor shower instead. The fridge didn't keep things very cool. There was a tear in the bedskirt and a blood droplet stain on the sheet.
