Location
Front staff person was dismissive and couldn’t care less

Clean
The Food was not good.

The location was great - we were in town for the Rock Hall ceremonies and this hotel was in walking distance of Rocket Mortgage Arena (where the show was held), the Rock Hall itself, and the restaurant we picked for before the ceremonies. The staff was wonderful as well. Always friendly and super helpful both when we arrived and when we checked out.
I can't really think of much not to like. We had no issues during our stay.

Breakfast was hot, room was clean, desk staff were nice
VALET
Given the events going on this weekend, I called and asked ahead of time if the valet parking would be an issue. I was told they were fully prepared. They were NOT. We waited almost an hour at arrival and had to get our car ourselves after waiting to depart. Really tainted the experience
5.0
Great location, close to the R&R Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Field Hose, and everything in between.
5.0
I liked how it was close to all the restaurants, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, The USS COD Museum and Jacob's Pavilion and much more.
The only thing disappointed for us was there was no pool. But then again, we had lots of things to do and see.
3.5
The hotel was located about midway between Progressive Field and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Billing. I paid Booking.com for the two-day stay, then was billed again by the hotel. Thankfully I had enough money in my account to cover the charge until it was corrected, but it should not have happened. Also, the A/C unit in my room was noisy and made the room too cold.
3.5
Die Lage zum See und zur Hall of Fame.Frühstücksauswahl war kalt und warm.
Fensterscheibe nur einglasig. Man schläft also wie mit offenem Fenster direkt an einer Hauptstraße.

Good location. Breakfast was ok
There was nothing in the room giving suggestions for dining options. No help from from the front desk on suggestions and no concierge
2.5
The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Convenient location.
The street noise was awful and kept me up all night. It sounded like we were next to a drag strip with revving engines and squealing tires. Does Cleveland not have any police officers?
Fox News at max volume was not how I wanted breakfast at 6:00 am. Can I finish a cup of coffee before I’m assaulted by more noise?
3.5
Hotel is OK. Room was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Nice shampoo.
The breakfast was not good. TV was big but not a smart one. Valet parking is super expensive. And the night was also expensive for what you get. Downtown Cleveland is not recommended in general.
4.0
Standard but clean and comfortable rooms, in a convenient location. Breakfast selections were reasonably varied. Establishing the WiFi connection was unnecessarily complicated, with multiple screens. Staff responses varied from the polite and helpful to the inexplicably rude.
See above observations.

The staff was friendly and the valet was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Also the view of the church across the street was breathtaking!!!
The location, surrounding area. It was very noisy at night

Location was very convenient, room was nice to look at and functional, the room had a safe, and staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Neue Einrichtung, renoviertes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstück OK.
Fenster nicht isoliert, Straßenlärm leicht hörbar (haben trotzdem gut geschlafen)

This hotel is in a great location – especially if you are going to a game or a concert at the Cleveland Brown’s stadium, as it is located on one of only two streets that cross the freeway to the stadium. Its also well located for Playhouse Square, the baseball and basketball stadiums, and the nightlife area on East 4th Street. I liked that we were able to pick our room and check in online via Hilton’s app, which meant the difference between a room looking out onto the street, cathedral across the street, and the lake, versus a room looking directly at the building across the small courtyard. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it severely lacked counter space in the bathroom (our sink area was in the corner of the bathroom).
I was charged almost $100 more by the hotel than the total indicated in my reservation through Booking.com. I am still sorting through that with the hotel, but probably would not have booked had I known it would be that expensive. Also, I hope you don’t need to get anywhere in a hurry in the morning. We had a walking tour booked at 9:30 and tried to go down for breakfast at 9am. It took almost 10 minutes for us to get an elevator down to the lobby and when we got there, breakfast was packed. There was a line to go through the continental buffet, and we had to eat standing up. Lastly, there were a few minor cleanliness issues: when we crawled into bed the first night, we found a few stains and a hair in the sheets. Everything else was clean though.

I was unaware that there would be no parking available and the valet parking was very expensive.
4.5
The staff and the area
I really did not want to pay for parking and if I have to it should not cost that much for a customer $45.00 per night
3.5
Spacious updated room with new bed spreads. Location was convenient to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 1/2 mile walk. Free breakfast included. Fast elevators that all worked. Booking.com provided a $21/night savings over Hilton's price which Hilton didn't match.
Valet parking at $45 was comparable to other nearby hotels but you can get a much better rate by parking yourself. Breakfast at 9 AM wasn't warm and several items weren't promptly replenished. The noise from the street was loud at times with motorcycles but the loud air conditioner drowned out the sound during the night.

Just nice and comfortable and great location...good vibes...
It was very warm in lobby and for bfast...needed air for sure...also we had a noisy group of children on our floor which I feel could be avoided by placing families w children on floors together...but maybe this was not possible...and I understand...

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was a full menu and the food was hot and tasty. Lots of choices.
We arrived around 7 PM on a Sunday. In a large city like Cleveland, you would think there would be some place to eat in walking distance. That was not the case. Everything was closed at 8:00 PM on Sunday. Also, multiple bums and homeless people on and all around the Hotel property. A few were very aggressive and some shouting and vulgar language was used by them. Not directly the fault of the Hotel but not great either.

Location
When I arrived to check in the 2nd door did not open. Two women was at the desk looked at me and continued to work. After a minute went by one opened the door.I made a statement you didn’t want me in here. The Caucasian lady just gave me eye contact while the African American lady just stood there with a blank face. I preceded with the checkout it was like pulling teeth. She was not friendly at all. That stuck with me all day.

Room was great, new fitness center. Decent breakfast
Could hear the road -
Motorcycles racing up and down all night outside our window, sirens, felt like when were were in Times Square

Location was good. Rooms were good. Bathroom vent I don’t think was working but not to much of a bother.
Valet parking is the only bad thing about this hotel. Not the valets themselves but there is only room for 3 or 4 cars to park in there little space. Had to pull up and put on my flashers in one of the travel lanes (which the hotel recommended). Other than that hotel was fine.

We arrived earlier than our check-in time. But to our surprise, we were accommodated with an available room.
Hmm? I can’t think of one!

I was supposed to have two king beds, however i had the smallest room i have ever stayed in.
3.5
The updated rooms are awesome! The staff were very friendly, they were a text away if needed! The location was a great deal! There was a parking garage right around the corner for half the price of valet
The construction! 8am on a Saturday they started with the knocking, banging and drilling and it was like the walls were paper thin and we were on the 8th floor.
3.5
The new room was great, location was amazing
Construction!!!!!! The Hotel lobby was being redone, no where to sit, dust everywhere, noisy with drilling, workers all over the lobby.
5.0
Ease to getting checked in as we were exhausted.
Having to pay $42 for valet. Was there not parking garage nearby? Just curious
3.0
The location was convenient for us
There was a construction project update going on while we were there. Drywall dust was annoying. Anytime that I have stayed at a property that has a construction project we were told in advance, and most likely also offered a discount due to the inconvenience of the construction.

Location
Limited breakfast options, the rooms are old and not of Hilton standards.

Cost
It was dirty. There was a piece of gum under the mattress. The shampoo and conditioner containers and lotion had already been used. There was mold in the bathroom. There was construction and there was no discount for rhe dirt and inconvenience. The valet department is not there in the early morning (7:30 AM) and there's no number to call on your ticket, so you have to just wait until they get there. We called for extra blanket and sheet, and we had to go down to the front desk to get it. We were told that it was complimentary at the front desk for our convenience. They weren't brought to us.
5.0
The staff was excellent. Front desk attendant was one of the nicest I have met in all of my travels. Hotel was in a great location for a great price. There was a hold charged of $37 that was put back on your card when you checked out if you didn't use it in their sweet shop. Which ended up using some of it. Surprisingly their "sweet shop" was very affordable. Chips, candy, sodas, beer, and the like were all very cheap for a downtown hotel. Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and plenty of other sites. Overall, great stay. Very comfortable.
Parking is not free and there is a hold placed on your card for $37 without notice. Valet is available and there are public overnight parking garages.
