Nos encanta este hotel!

El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos. La atención del personal fue excelente. Las habitaciones están remodeladas, son amplias y cómodas. El balcón increíble con hermosas vistas. El sector de la piscina te invita a descansar todo el día. Las reposeras en la playa están bien separadas entre si. Disfrutamos mucho de los servicios extra del hotel a diferentes horas del dia.

Cremos que la flor de ducha no es la apropiada para este tipo de hotel, no tiene caudal de agua ni calidad en la lluvia.

Nuestra habitacion estaba con ropa interior sucia del huesped anterior en el baño al entrar y despues que logre que alguien fuera, ni siquiera limpiaron de nuevo el baño, la playa NO TIENE VISTA, hay camastros tipo carpa adelante QUE TAPAN TODO, unos 10 seran, todos ocupados y por pago y todas las reposeras estan atras, NO VES NADA, solo las carpas del W, no se ve la playa ni el agua, BLOQUEAN COMPLETA LA VISUAL y no dejan ponerse al lado ni delante de las carpas ... aunque no hayan disponibles ... PESIMO. El personal, muy discordial, si tu no hablas ingles, casi que no te escuchan o no te atienden ... no tienen manejo de idiomas. mala voluntad en general. NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS.

Best Hotel in South Beach

Well!!! What to say!!! Second time in this hotel and the service from a end to another is amazing. I can't never forget to mention the pool staff that goes beyond to make you feel home. If i have to chose some one will be definitely Ori, Armando, Dani. Housekeeping on high standard level, the concierge Sole so so caring. Soon will be back for sure.

Great hotel with the best pool area just a little to far from Ocean drive but the best option on the beach front

The pool area was exceptional and the beach service and facilities amazing. We never waited for an elevator.

On nous a facturé 75 usd ht par jour sans savoir de quoi il s’agissait, pourtant nous n’avons bénéficié d’aucu avantage particulier sauf un jour où nous avons utilisé les transats et serviettes à la plage. Agréable

Le personnel n’est pas disponible Nous avons demandé le ménage plusieurs fois ils sont jamais venu ; on a du appeler 5 fois pour avoir une couette supplémentaire ; on a payé un lit supplémentaire qui est venu à la dernière minute malgré nos multiples appels ; ils nous ont pas prévenu que l’hôtel était en travaux on a pas pu dormir dès le matin il y’avait le bruit des travaux de construction qui nous a empêcher de nous reposer . Vraiment très mauvaise expérience .

İnşaat gürültüsü dışında herşey gayet iyiydi.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydüler. Konumu çok iyiydi.

Oda temizliği için 2 kez uyarmak zorunda kaldım. Ancak uyarıları ciddiye aldılar ve hemen düzelttiler. En büyük problem hemen yanda olan inşaatın sesiydi. Otelde de tadilat vardı. Bu inşaat ve tadilatların olduğunu bilseydim bu oteli tercih etmezdim. Haftaiçi sabah saat 9 dan itibarrn balkonda oturmak ve camları açmak imkansızdı ses yüzünden

Staff on check in was very attentive.... appreciated the contact from the concierges ahead of our arrival....

charging a daily $75.00 Resort fee (or whatever you call it) is a bush league move and a transparent way to keep your room rate artificially low for the search engines...the outdoor aerobics class adjacent to the pool deck in the mid morning woke all of us...why in the world would you schedule a loud event like that in the AM and near the tranquil pool setting...sheesh...

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The rooms are big and very nice looking.

Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t as nice and accommodating as expected. When asking for the invoice of the stay I was told that it couldn’t be printed while they had to by the rules of Booking. Even after I asked them multiple times I had to call booking and have them call the hotel saying that they had to send it to me.

Amazing location, friendly staff , little issue with regular cleaning that was resolved . Amazing coffee at reception . Amazing duck at Mr Chow .

The cleaning was missed a couple of times not clear why . But they did rectify it when I talked to them

Al reservar eso aparece como información adicional y si no lo ves te enteras cuando vas a pagar Por otro lado , nadie te avisa de lo que incluye ese resort fee si no preguntas cómo tampoco de las actividades Falta comunicación

Super hôtel

Super hôtel en front de mer à Miami Beach. Toutes les chambres ont vue sur l’océan. Décoration magnifique. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Grande piscine, plage privée agréable, restauration de qualité. Super spa rénové récemment. L’hôtel offre en plus pleins d’activités tous les jours : cours de tennis, sessions de yoga le matin, vélos à disposition, salle de sport très bien équipée. Vraiment top !

Musique trop forte à la piscine l’après-midi (ambiance South Beach paraît-il …) Service un peu lent à la plage. Mieux à la piscine (mais le personnel y est plus nombreux semblerait-il).

Mah? 1000 euro per una notte per essere trattata malissimo ( tranne poche persone dello staff)

Camere e struttura molto bella e ben tenuta in posizione strategica. Un grazie speciale alla receptionist Mrs.Ashley che è stata veramente gentilissima cordiale e sorridente e mi ha aiutato tanto !!! Grazie ashley ! l ragazzo che mi ha portato su i bagagli in camera e l altro ragazzo che mi ha portato le valige giu al deposito bagagli e le housekepping molto gentili e cordiali !

Servizio dei camerieri che lavorano al bar sulla spiaggia PESSIMO E MOLTO MALEDUCATI nonostante li abbia chiamati diverse volte nonostante sia andata lì dopo 35 minuti che li chiamavo non sono venuti a prendere l ordine, mi hanno preso l ordine dopo un un pra solo perché ho rincorso la cameriera !!! mi hanno fatto sentire come se mi discriminassero e mi hanno fatto sentire veramente a disagio !!! e orribile servizio al ritiro dei miei bagagli MI HANNO LANCIATO LE VALIGE IN MEZZO ALLA LOBBY E ME LE HANNO LASCIATE LI SENZA NEMMENO AIUTARMI A PORTARLI FINO ALL INGRESSO PER CARICARLI IN MACCHINA !! Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la ubicación

Precio - calidad bastante regular. No es posible que te cobren por todo adicional. Si somos 3 huespedes es increíble que te cobren por sillas adicionales en la piscina y en la playa. El servicio muy muy malo. No esta bien que arreglen la habitación a las 7pm, uno esta pagando por un hotel luxury y que todo cobren adicional. Demasiado caro para que a uno le cobren todo y que el servicio sea tan malo. No recomiendo este hotel.
