Love love loved it!

Stove top, full fridge and freezer dining nook, spacious room. More like studio apt. Loved it. Will stay again.

5 blocks from action. But it really just depends on the purpose of the trip. Loved it overall

Maintenance needs to be improved on the air conditioning to get rid of the smell

Rooms were big, location is close to the beach and restaurants

Room smells horrible due to the air conditioning. couldnt stand the smell so slept without air conditioning. There are only a number of tiny windows in the room so it feels claustrophobic. Owner of the hotel is also super inflexible in not allowing cancellations to the hotel stay

I enjoyed my stay. they have exaclty what you need in the room including snacks and beverages.

very clean, great location/ walking distance from the beach. the staff was friendly. not in a busy area so you feel comfortable but yet close to restaurants and clubs

Worst "recommended" hotel stay EVER. Not close to ready for Prime Time.

Not much! Room not ready, so compromised with a lesser room so we could check in. No price adjustment.

Bathroom sink full of water in the room we got (202). Drained sink but water leaked all over the floor. We had to use the kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle also badly cracked (cheap plastic). Worn LR chair. Poor maintenance.

Terrible place, do not stay hear.

The location was great.

Do not book this place. There were hidden fees. The bed broke the first night we were there. Free breakfast was garbage. AC was loud. We left three days early .

Quiet, contemporary vibe. Excellent location with plenty of dining and sightseeing nearby. Rooms are comfortable and include kitchenette.

Sophisticated, inexpensive perfection in South Beach

literally everything. beautiful boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. the room was huge and well appointed, spotless and attractively decorated. the breakfast/tea room was also a delight

The location was excellent, just a block away from the beach and from Ocean Drive. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean.

The hotel is right across a very noisy bar/club called Ted's Hideaway which opens at midnight till 5 am. The room isn't soundproofed and so you hear the very noisy customers of the bar as well as the revving of engines of sports cars and big bikes and the honking of car horns in the middle of the night. The noise especially the revving of engines really wakes you up. The corridors and the room itself smells of disinfectant, much like a hospital. You are at least sure that it's super clean but it doesn't feel very relaxing.

Very close to the south beach, ocean drive ( art deco area ), starbucks, walgreens, cvs, fogo de chao, tgi fridays, best buy, less for dress, bus stations and free ride shuttle for lincoln road and whole foods. The hotel was in peaceful street. Please note that; there are many restaurants and nightclubs on art deco streets. And the result; music until late at night. But this place close to everywhere besides it's quiet. We arrived before check in time but we leaved easily our luggages until check in time. Also studio room was very large, kitchen was clean and useful. There was nespresso machine with capsules free of charge. Breakfast was really fine. You can find pita bread ( i think ), brown and regular bread ( toast machine avaliable ), pancake, egg, white cheese, cheddar, types of salami, cereal, activia yoghurt, nutella, breakfast syrup, strawberry jam, butter, unlimited coffee, tea and juices. Finally staff was very helpjfull and kind.

The fridge in the room can work loudly but is ok. And if you stay first floor you can hear some stuff things sound.

Very good

Location is good very close to every thing but not in crazy busy area. There are a few cafes and restaurats right next to the building as well as a night club that i did not go to. Its a very small but super clean boutique hotel. The room has a small kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine that is free and few snacks you need to pay for.

Unfortunately does not have swimming pool or gym. Drinking water is not provided free. Breakfast is very limited and has less than few choices. What i did not like about it was the walls were not soundproof and your neighbours sound would wake you up at midnight. You can not enter the balcony from your room for safety issues.

Overall, it was a good budget stay, but the comfort of the room wasn't great.

The location was great. Very close to the beach and near restaurants. The breakfast room was very cute and had friendly service. I also liked that the room had a kitchen.

Our room that was on the first floor had small windows that were directly facing the next door building's windows so we had to put the blinds on the whole time. This was unfortunate because without the natural light, the room's lighting was dull. We also didn't like the pillows. They were very firm and uncomfortable, giving us a cramped neck in the morning. Lastly, there was an awkward and unpleasant service door located on our bathroom ceiling.

Awesome customer experience and best cozy hotel in South Beach

Exceptional customer service and great location. This hotel has a convenient location, just one block from the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around the area. Although South Beach can get busy, the hotel is located in a perfect spot for those who want to be in south beach but not stay in the busiest parts. Also, the hotel staff is so friendly and kind; Rodolfo and Eisa made our stay very enjoyable. I’ll recommend this place to my family and friends, I’ll definitely be back again!
