Best value in Ottawa.

This is my go-to place to stay in Ottawa. The house is beautiful, the breakfasts are out of this world, the mattress and pillows are comfy and location is walking distance from most things.

Fantastic B&B with great breakfast and a friendly host!

This bed and breakfast is located close to downtown Ottawa, byward market,... We were greeted by our host Vittorio who was very friendly and provided us some nice suggestions for dinner. The rooms are very nice with decent air conditioning. We could park our car next to the house. The breakfast is freshly prepared by Vittorio and is really superb! He gladly handed us one of the recipes to try out ourselves at home. I would strongly suggest this bed and breakfast and would stay there again.

Water pressure in the shower is a bit low.

Perfect place to stay in Ottawa

We had a great stay at the Century House B&B. The location is excellent - 10min walk to Downtown - and Vittoria is a perfect host. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and what to do in Ottawa. His breakfasts are amazing - different every day and not the run-of-the-mill eggs and bacon. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side but contained everything we needed.

A unexpectedly delightful stay.

Breakfasts were delicious, gourmet, beautifully presented. Accommodations were upscale and up to date. Location was very convenient. Host was gracious and helpful. The house and area were quiet and peaceful.

It's a home away from home

Vittorio is the best host. He puts extreme detail on making feel guests at home and preparing a delicious breakfast considering food allergies or other issues. The house is charming, cozy and beautiful. It has a walking distance to most touristic places in Ottawa and easy to access via public transport.

There wasn't anything we did not like about this place.

Short and Sweet...

Lovely breakfast - the portions were a bit too much for me though The place, though small, is cozy and welcoming. I had forgotten the entry code but the host was around and ready to help - much appreciated. It rained and I did not have a rain jacket or an umbrella and the host provided an umbrella - this was quite helpful

Amazing host who makes you feel very welcome and at home. Very comfortable and clean room and common area. Tasty, rich, rotating breakfast prepared by the host, who is happy to make recommendations for activities and restaurants, or just to chat. Location is next to the byward market area with a lot of restaurants and shops, as well as a large mall. Parliament hill and a number of museums are in convenient walking distance as well. Strong recommendation!

The location was fantastic. It was walking distance to tourist sites. The place was beautiful and clean. Vittorio was a gracious host serving us a healthy and wonderful breakfast each morning! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful for a short escapade in Ottawa.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, welcoming host. Walking distance to the National gallery of Canada, Parliament Hill, Rideaux canal. Delightfully quiet.

Common area a little sparse. Probably due to carry-over from Covid restrictions in that tables are placed far from each other. A few more plants would make things a little less Spartan. But these are quibbles.

Exceptional

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The house was in very nice shape offering nice communal spaces while retaining privacy. The breakfasts were delicious every morning and Vittorio was a fantastic host. It's also located in a very nice part of downtown making it convenient for getting around Ottawa.

Sound travelled through the walls, but it was never enough to keep people up or to hear specifically what was happening on the other side (s) of the walls.

There wasn't much we didn't like and for the little bit of TV we watched, we wish there was more variety on the TV.

This is a really nice place to stay while you're in Ottawa and looking for a nice location!

Vittorio was an awesome host! he was really helpful regarding all my questions even supporting me to print some documents at home. I really enjoyed the conversations and the breakfast!

The room is super nice, better than I expected. The host is very fast in replying and is very friendly! Breakfast was great too. Very central, few minutes walk to ByWard Market in a quiet neighborhood.

Walls between rooms are quite thin so I could hear quite well my neighbors.

Cute, clean, amazing breakfast, might take a while to find good parking though.

Cute guesthouse in walking distance to Ottowa's tourist attractions. Rooms were clean, big and had everything we need. The place has a spacious and beautifully decorated breakfast area and me being vegan was accommodated perfectly.

There is no direct parking at the guest house, and since it's a busy street just short parking to get out our luggage was stressful. Thankfully parking along the street was possible and free during the weekend - if you're there during the week, excpect to pay for a park house!

Very enjoyablw stay. If I return to Ottawa in the future I will definitely look to book here again.

The house is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Vittorio is a great host and prepares delicious breakfasts. He even saved me breakfast the first day, when I couldn't make it in time due to an early morning appointment, so thanks again for that! The property is located just a few minutest walk away from downtown Ottawa.

Host Vittorio is fantastic, home is beautiful, great location, great breakfast, perfectly modern and clean. A fantastic retreat in the Centre of Ottawa. Couldn't hope for better. Best place we've stayed in 5 weeks in Canada.
