It was fair.

I asked the person at the desk to give me a wake up call at 4:30 a.m. as I had to take someone to an early medical procedure. I also reminded the person at the desk about the early wake up call at the end of my check in. And I never got the 4;30 a.m. wake up call.

I would stay here again, but the noise level from the overhead airplanes will keep me away. Sorry.

The location is great. The rooms was clean and spacious

Lovey location and rooms but unorganized.

The location is great and the hotel is very pretty. Festive for the holidays

The staff could not be nicer, but they are not organized. My room key didn’t work on day #2, they knew that would be the case and failed to tell me. No one ever answered the phone for room service. It took 7 phone calls and the front desk had to relay the message to the room service staff. Only half the order arrived. Also, my bill was very confusing.

Great building in a nice location, but billing issues left a bad taste

Loved the traditional styling of the hotel, and comfortable rooms. Also very convenient for Dallas Love Field airport, and did not hear flights during the night, even though the rooms are not soundproofed. The proximity to the KT trail for exercise was great. Staff in the restaurant and bar were great.

On checking out I was told they would email my receipt. I requested this 3 times over the course of 1.5 hours, each time being given excuses; e.g. server delays, printer not working, which was clearly not true as another staff member was able to eventually print my receipt, upon which I notice several charges to the room that we had already prepaid as part of our booking. Eventually and after further excuses these were refunded, but the time spent resolving this was ridiculous, and completely ruined my previous good impression of the hotel. Also, whilst we were at reception another guest enquired about coffee shops in the area, to which the receptionist was unable to assist. I stepped in to point out the location of one just 5 minutes walk away. It is hard to decide if the reception staff we encountered were incompetent or just don't care enough to make the effort. If you decide to stay here I would recommend you check your bill carefully before leaving.

Good Location, Mediocre Pricing

it’s in a convenient location and they have some of the best bartenders around.

I didn’t like how expensive it was which caused me to check out a day earlier and move to a cheaper hotel for a night

We enjoyed a quiet restful stay in an elegant space.

Great classic traditional decor that somehow avoided feeling stuffy. The space is luxe. Loved the many large windows and comfortable, fresh bedding. I will stay here again.

In keeping with the luxe theme, expect to pay a hefty valet parking fee. Parking is available on the street though.

Nowhere to park your car or long walks to get to car. Valet was kinda pricey.

A grandiose old building magnificently maintained. The staff were always attentive and polite. For my needs a great location. The room size was awesome.

Enjoyed a nice stay in the heart of the city where I could easily walk to restaurants.

Room was very comfortable, large and clean with nice lighting. I loved the large windows! The lobby area was beautiful and very well maintained.

Had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We love historic hotels and the Warwick did not disappoint. Everything was clean, comfortable and had some cool old period correct decor. The AC in the rooms was excellent. If I had one complaint the street noise was a bit loud, but not unbearable.

Find creative ways to help dampen the street noise in the rooms.
