L’amabilité du personnel
La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer. On est loin de la vie sur mer indiquée dans le descriptif.

The carpet

Friendly staff, the rooms are well constructed and noise levels are really low too. There is a fire pit on site too.
The room wasn’t very tidy, there was plenty of dust in a few places and we found some old plastic bags that someone left in the drawers.

Service for the food was poor
4.0
given the rate charged,.the hotel offers a quite reasonable level of service
the restaurant and bar do not have a license, hence the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not possible on the otherwise nice patio.
4.5
Nice breakfast, but not much choice.

We had no internet for 2 days it came on and off last time reported it , the manager was not friendly and she spoke only French. The cleaning ladies were excellent in their duties

Location was perfect - breakfast was good
Cleanliness 🤔 no hot water the 2nd morning for the shower… water up to our ankles in the bath… not running…

Bed was really comfortable
they charge an extra $10 for Continental breakfast...

Room service: not done every day, bed not done, towel not change. Staff needed 3 reminders.

Beds were comfortable.
Sea view was a view of trees. Private balcony was not safe to sit on, you could wiggle the railing with one finger. Cleaning staff opened our door at 8:00am and then again within an hour. Started cleaning our room before we even checked out, which was by 9:30 (checkout time was 11).

from the outside the reception was very good looking, inside the reception desk it was clean and nice also.
however, the room was absolutely dirty and ordinary!!! there was pubic hairs in the bathroom, the bedsheets were dirty, dust everywhere…

Good service. The clerk was very lovely

Breakfast comes with two pieces toast, one small cup coffee, a small cheese, small tray of fruits and a small muffin. It only costs you $5. The good thing is my son got his second batch after request.
Small room, noisy due to closed to highway 132, many stuff are worn out in the room, bathroom is small too and outdated. There is no wall socket in the room, we had to charge phone and iPad in the bathroom. Staff is not so nice, I don’t know if it is because they speak French while we only able to talk in English. The worst thing is they could not find our reservation via booking.com even I show them booking confirmation and email which they replied to our request before, we had to pay the room again while check out.

Breakfast was not the great it was toast and coffee contintal style fruit cup was stale
The manager there was not a nice person , I’m was impressed with her because of the language I’m English and she made no special effort to speak it , I don’t believe she belongs in the hotel business , the maids spoke English and they were very nice and friendly with me and provided excellent service , again for Marlene the manager I would suggest you learn French before you arrive at this hotel, overall I would recommend this hotel it’s small but cozy

It had a balcony, big bedrooms, 2 TV, so for the kids it was really nice
There were flies in the room, but it also had a balcony so they may have entered that way. So no the end of the world.
Roof lights would've been nice
