All and all, it served the purpose, and was a decent price. Just not the 4 star experience I was expecting from a downto

Lots of good places to eat with in walking distance.

The only option to park is valet. Making it inconvenient if you left something in your car. However, they did let us know to request the car 20-25 minutes before we were ready, and we rarely had to wait when doing that. Front desk staff was not familiar with local places to eat, or even some of the streets around. Our toilet stopped up at 11:30pm the 2nd night. They had to move us rooms, which was good. However, the thermostat in the 2nd room was barely working, and they didn't offer a solution. They also only offered 2 double beds, instead of 2 queens. That's pretty tight for 2 people in one bed. The pool is was nice, which is why we chose this hotel. It is old though.

I will not ever stay with the Sheraton again.

I loved the location of the property.

I did not like that as soon as I entered the building I was asked “what kind of party are you having” I excitingly explained my bestfriend was celebrating her Golden 28 birthday. I was then told “we do not have birthday parties here.” I felt as if I was being profiled, I let the manager now I am almost 30 years old and we do not get hotel rooms to throw parties. We came to the Sheraton to have a place to stay for the time we were in town. As I got to the front counter, I was being charged for things I should not have due to the employee not knowing what he was doing. They did apologize after everything was taking care of. Also, during my stay we had a leaking ceiling right by the door entry way. The floor was completely covered in water and the sound of the water dripping was very annoying and made it hard to sleep during the night. I also had to call the front desk a few times because no one was picking up to have them valet our car up front.

It’s was very nice and clean and neat also enjoyed the cookies and lemon flavoured water in lobby was leaving out with a cooler one of the front workers ask if we needed any ice

Cost does not equal experience.

Location good. Ladies made great omlets at breakfast. Great black out blinds. I actually slept past 7!

$44 parking that felt unsafe (under construction and falling apart), expensive breakfast (far from complimentary at $22/buffet and a La cart $18-20), no fan in the bathroom, expensive relative to nearby hotels so expected accommodations to be nicer, work up sore from stiff mattress.

I was very pleased with our stay we all enjoyed it thoroughly!

I love the location and the openness of the lobby area.

I wish the staff would have communicated the parking fees and the process of checking out when leaving the garage.

Passable

Location was only good thing about this hotel. Newly owned by Marriott Bonvoy, didn't get room we booked was not guaranteed. Got no sleep in bed too small. Truck didn't fit in parking and was told here are garages to drive and park.

Unable to give room I paid extra for and booked over a month in advance told I had to book room through Marriott to have guaranteed room. How would I know to book through Marriott for a Sheraton? They do not guarantee rooms booked through booking.com will never choose this location again! Horrible ruined our trip

It’s was a convenient stay, we were able to walk to the convention center.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly.

The parking garage was a nightmare. Low clearance. My husband hit his head on the ceiling. The restaurant has limited selection for kids friendly foods. Breakfast was a joke and expensive not worth $20 for an adult and $10 per kids.
