Location- amazing. Starbucks- good. Room- not bad
No extra pillows, asked for an additional blanket- it never came, keys for going in and out of parking did not work, had to park across the street in overflow- but had to pay full price for parking

Room was perfect with a beautiful view of the Boston Skyline and riv
The pool was not clean. The bottom was dirty therefore we did not use the facility. Kids were screaming, floats were allowed in the pool , splashing no respect for anyone wanting to chill and relax.

Location and convenience
I specifically booked and paid for a room with a river view. When I mentioned it, first they argued saying I didn’t book a water view room. When I sent the screenshot proving it they rudely said they “already apologized” and didn’t bother to offer any resolution. Parking was $45 per day on top of the expensive room rate. Not impressed for what it cost.

Pay hundreds for $ for a room didn’t include free parking and then charged 22$ destination fee.

It was clean
For the $400 a night price the hotel was so basic and reminds you of a budget motel

The all food is excellent, the room is very comfort. All excellent.

The rooms were very comfortable. The location is good, close to the center of Boston, but you have to walk almost 2 km to get there. The area is very good and beautiful, with a park and the river just behind the hotel. There are two train stations relatively close (maybe 700 meters away). The hotel area is nice, but if you need a supermarket, you have to walk more than 1 km to find one. Only a few restaurants nearby and not good ones. The mall in front of the hotel is under renovation, so only a few stores are working.
The food in the hotel restaurant was too expensive, and if your group is more than 5 people, you have to pay an additional service charge, it is better to sit at two tables of no more than 4 people.
There are no supermarkets nearby and only one convenience store 1 km away that is not worth it. You have to walk a lot, but in Boston, if you don't stay downtown, you either take taxis or walk.

Booked a one room for my family, was given two non adjoining rooms. Could not use it with a toddler and baby. Booked another hotel, was told I would be refunded. No one ever responded to my inquiries. Total nightmare

The location was decent.
Our 4th of July stay at your hotel was a considerable disappointment. The room we initially received (room 921) had an unpleasant odor so strong that we immediately requested a change. We had booked a two-bed room with a river view, hoping to enjoy the fireworks, but were instead moved to a king room with a cot and only a partial view. There was no adjustment made to the price to reflect this downgrade. The cot was visibly unclean, seeming to have been pulled from storage. We had high expectations and unfortunately, our experience was far below the standard we anticipated from a hotel of your reputation.

Everything is good except when I booked the room they'll give me one price when I check out that was a different price big difference so I think that's not good

View was beautiful, the staff were excellent! Nice to see MIT graduates from there, but I felt like my stay was not very important because of it.
Room was nice enough with pretty decor and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was hot, chairs uncomfortable, drink I ordered tasted like salt water, food fair. No beans for latte and extra cost to park!
