Si quieres un hotel bien situado pero que únicamente vayas para dormir, este cumple perfectamente

La cama y las almohadas eran comodisimas

El bar estaba cerrado por obras pero nos cobraron lo mismo y no nos avisaron. Es decir, pese a privarnos de una de las estancias principales del Hotel no tuvimos compensación ninguna.

Ik had een verzoek gedaan om elke dag de kamer schoon te maken, maar helaas kwam niemand. Schoonmaak deden ze standaard oo de derde dag van je verblijf.

Great view, nice room, questionable staff...

Location and view from room

Staff were not knowledgeable about the area. Hotel charges a $200 plus "resort fee" however the 20th floor lounge/viewing deck was not open as it's being renovated. As that would have been a significant benefit to our group I argued the fee should not be charged. I was told if I didn't like it I should look for another place to stay. VERY dissapointing response.

Mixed bag.

Nice room, good size, small kitchenette, decent bathroom, good bed, clean, well located and relatively quiet (for NYC).

No view whatsoever. One window completely blocked by a ventilation shaft or similar so zero light. Asked for high floor and got 3rd floor right up against elevators that made constant grinding noises throughout the day and night. Observation desk “closed for renovation” and one of the four elevators out of service for the whole week. Reasonable price for NYC but still very pricey.

Totalmente recomendable.

La ubicación y las vistas, son espectaculares. La atención del personal de recepción ha sido magnífica. Aunque no hablan español, son muy amables y hacen lo posible por entenderte. El agua y café gratis, un puntazo. Y nos ha encantado el servicio de autolavandareia, que para nuestra estancia, fue indispensable.

Se agradecería que hablarán español en recepción. El restaurante/cafetería, estaba en obras.

Convenient downtown hotel

All very good: location, staff etc. Nice touch were always available coffee, hot water with selection of tea and water.

Size of room very smell. We asked for twin superior, we were in 3, beds were of 90cm. They provided free of charge a third bad, but it was no confortable and occupied all the room

Verify your credit card bill

Location very good.

4 days after checkout my credit card was charged 380 USD. Hotel staff on chat told that this was only hold depsite (for what 380,73 USD ???) and the payment was reversed. They suggested wait 30 working days. After this period I sill haven't my money. Hotel staff today suggested me to go to my bank. My suggestion is not give them your credit card data to avoid such surprises.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter NYC. La vue sur le mémorial est top ! Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse, même avec les valises. Frigo et micro onde en chambre.

Very poor hotel with no rooftop bar

Location of the property to the attractions

Booking.com stated that there was a rooftop bar at the hotel with spectacular views. As did all other websites. When we got to the hotel the roof top.bar had been closed since covid. There was no bar at all in the hotel. The hotel staff were not interested and did not care. I booked this hotel because of the rooftop bar and was very angry on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities are very poor and only on the ground floor. The rooms are small and all facilities are poor

A friendly, quiet, relaxing hotel to come back to after a day out in New York.

My second stay in the hotel. Location is superb, away from the noise of midtown but very close to subway. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms a very good size, especially by new York standards. Staff in reception could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I'm a very light sleeper and had to change rooms twice because of a rumbling, fan-like noise at night, It wasn't the air conditioning but was loud enough to keep me awake, even with ear plugs. It probably wouldn't bother most guests but I'm afraid I often find this same issue with hotels. It's probably me!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel wygrywa położeniem. Fajne rozwiązanie w lobby hotelowym, można zawsze napić się kawy, herbaty lub napełnić butelkę wodą gazowaną i niegazowaną.

W pokoju w którym jest okno jest zdecydowanie chłodniej.

I just wished the shower had a door and not a curtain but that is a very small detail. Everything else was great.

Great Room with exceptional view

Lovely big rooms and really comfortable beds, with a brilliant view of the World Trade Centre and 9/11 Memorial. Easy access to bars, restuarants, subways and a short walk to the ferries to both Statue of Liberty and Brocklyn. There was a coffee machine, fridge and mircowave in in the room, you just asked at reception for extra coffee pots. We also liked that they didn't clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price.

Nothing really, except for the noisy ceiling fan/air conditioning - we should have mentioned it to the hotel to give them a chance to rectify but we didn't want to change rooms (1208) as we loved the view.

Gute Wahl für 3 Nächte in New York,.... gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal

Vorhang auf und man schaut auf das World-Trade-Center und auf den Ground Zero,... beeindruckend. Zu Fuss kann man den Finance District bequem erforschen. Ideale Lage auch zur Metro, Staten Island Ferry, Wallstreet. Nette Pubs und Restaurants um die Ecke :-)

Zentrale und schöne Unterkunft.

Die lage direkt am WTC und mitten im Finanzbezirk, ermöglicht eine schnelle Anbindung in jede Richtung. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse, von der man einen schönen Ausblick und am Nachmittag auch etwas Sonne genießen kann.

Leider ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und Nachts hat es auch nach Gras gerochen.

Great place to stay for a great price

Nice big rooms and really comfortable beds. There is coffee in the room but also at the reception and water. Location is great as it is calm at night and tou are close to different subway lines. I also liked that they dont clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ground Zero und ist bestens gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gibt es jederzeit kostenlos in der Lobby und Wasserstationen auf den Fluren.

Buena estancia, agradable en general.

Hotel limpio, habitaciones triples muy amplias, con vistas al memorial 11S, baño amplio y pequeña zona cocina con microondas y mesa. Bien comunicado , la entrada de metro a 100 m, y WTC entrente, zona muy segura con mucha vigilancia policial. Personal muy amable, una señorita de recepción nocturna hablaba español. Ofrecen agua , café y té gratuitos, eso es muy positivo teniendo en cuenta los precios de N.York.

Tuvimos un problema al llegar ,ya que reservamos una habitación triple y nos dieron una doble , no tenían más , tuvimos que dormir nosotros y mi hija adolescente en la misma cama. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una habitación triple tal como teníamos reservado,era muy grande, con vistas y este hecho compensó al menos la incidencia inicial. Cabe decir que no realizan limpieza de habitaciones cada día , creo que pasan a limpiar cada 3 días , no obstante si pides toallas nuevas te las proporcionan sin problema. El suelo es con moqueta. El colchón de la cama era bastante blando, deberían renovarlo.

Die Lage war sehr Ruhig und man konnte alles gut erreichen vom Hotel aus. Ausserdem war die Lage des Hotels am Abend sehr sicher. Personal war wirklich freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
