A localização para quem pretende conhecer o soho é boa.
Hotel com pouco espaço de circulação e sem espaço de áreas comuns para os hóspedes.

Location is perfect for my work trips. I can walk to all my appts as well as amazing restaurants.
The hotel is small, quiet with comfortable beds. Well priced for the area

Loved the area, great location. The hotel is a nice size, very clean rooms and good amenities in the room. Compact but it's NYC so you expect that, great vibes, would recommend the Nolitan to friends.
The room was quite small for 2 people, drawers under bed were not comfortable to use - could offer more storage for couples. It's great to have free bikes but they should be kept in better condition.

People were very helpful
very loud heating, impossible to sleep with it, if I turn it off Ir gets very cold from the balcony.
balcony only needed for smokers, there is no view, only smells from the restaurant.
overall feels like old hotel a bit renovated but didn’t do much, still feels like very old hotel with old furniture but a bathrobe and slippers for way too much money.

no breakfast offered was fine allowing us to buy around the corner . There is complementary coffee and tea
The location is excellent
rooms are modern with all facilities you need
Note regular rooms have relative small beds. for one person prefect but for 2 not american standard

Location
I asked for an upper floor, but assigned a second floor.
Nobody bothered to mention that the hotel is under construction.
There were scaffolding all the way to my balcony.
I felt very unsafe and could not sleep the entire night.
And now the property will not assume any responsibility for a ruined visit to New York.

Location is 10/10. Within 10 mins walk you have tens of great places to eat/shop.
We struggled to get warm water. They really have to fix this. We found out that you only get it if you open the water from the sink at the same time, otherwise you can easily wait 15 minutes with the water running and no hot water. Waste of water and not comfortable.

beautifully designed. small, clean, simple, comfortable.

location is perfect for a downtown experience.
furthermore, it’s packed with authentic restaurants and nightlife that you can choose from.
nothing worth mentioning

I stay here frequently. I lived in the Lower East Side, and I love being back. It's so close to all of the shopping, the subway, the best restaurants. It's a hotel that really fits in with the neighborhood and understands the vibe of the location. The prices are pretty great too. For a regular room, you pay $250. The beds are super comfy, good pillows, fancy bathrooms. If you bump up to $350 or $400, you can sometimes get one of their corner suites, with the big soaking tub facing the windows out to the city. It's very worth the price and is a wonderful splurge, particularly if you have a partner with you or are in town to relax.
At times, in staying here, the front desk staff has been weirdly prickly. The hotel does not provide anything in terms room service amenities, extras or even a coffee maker en-suite. I've had late check-ins where I felt like I was a hassle they were dealing with instead of a guest. A repeat one, at that.
To be fair, I've also been upgraded out of nowhere. So it's really a roll of the dice I guess, as to the person you get at check-in. They do provide coffee in the morning downstairs for free, which somewhat makes up for the lack of coffee in the room. But I think they could fork out for water kettles and instant packets and it would be a nice touch. The hotel feels posh and the lack of in-room tea and coffee kind of cheapens it.
