Fair, if they update the towels and the pillows, it might’ve been good.

I don’t think there was any breakfast. But the main things that made our experience not good was the towels and the pillows, and that truly would not take much to improve! Also, the main light in our room did not work and we needed it for working at the table,and it might’ve just been a lightbulb, the desk person said he would have someone come out and no one ever came out to fix it!

Went to visit Mackinac Island. Stayed the night before so we could start early the next day.

We stayed two nights and loved it. Definitely planning on staying here again!

The location was great, the room was clean, we received more towels on our second day without having to ask, and the room was relatively quiet.

The beds were a bit too firm but not horrible.

We enjoyed staying here, and would probably stay again when we come to Mackinaw City.

The room was large and very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

There was no microwave in the room.. It would have been helpful if there had been a grab bar in the shower. I know there was a sma.ll one, but one at the back of the shower would have made me feel more secure when getting in and out.

Could’ve been better.

Right next to downtown. Very affordable. Nice staff.

Room showed signs of water damage, and had a horribly musty smell in the bathroom. The bathroom door in our room also wouldn’t shut. Seems that a lot of the hotels in Mackinaw City are perfectly fine with people staying in low quality rooms.

We loved how it was in the center of everything. Everything was walking distance. Staff was very friendly! We will be staying here again!

The property is tired - towels need replacing, baseboard in bath falling off, the toilet handle needed shaking after flushing, the shower handle was difficult to maintain constant temperature

This was my last chance at a get away before starting cancer treatments so I was very happy.

Our room was lovely...upon check in I asked for a room overlooking the main street and we were very happy with the location we were given.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is no elevator...My husband actually slipped on the staircase and slid down a couple steps before landing...he was carrying a duffle bag in one hand and a cooler in the other...he is still hurting but nothing was broken so all is good...gets better every day.

Superb location for Mackinaw

This place offers superb location in walking distance to Mackinaw City shopping, the fort, and the dock for the ferries. We appreciated the privacy of the King bed room without anyone below or above us, as well as the features of the refrigerator and the updated marble tile in the bathroom.

Some aspects of this place felt stripped down, such as the towels - they were small and worn out. I longed for an extra towel rack in the bathroom to hang them. The breakfast was pretty bad too. It's amusing hearing Covid as an excuse, while the breakfast place down the street goes on serving a massive breakfast buffet. This place felt somewhat overpriced.

It was clean & convenient to the ferry, shops & restaurants.

Uncomfortable bed & pillows. Very limited electrical outlets. Clock & hair dryer didn’t work.

Awful except the location

The location was great. No breakfast at all false advertising. The web site does not display prices legally. I was told this room was 179 a night not 189 for 1 nite 279 for Friday and more for Saturday! I will never use this site again.

Everything. The staff was rude. I went to the office to get batteries for our remote, the very strong smell of thc and cigarettes was filling the whole front desk.

Close to the ferries to Mackinac Island. The room was clean!!

Beds hard and air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off. It was too expensive for the type of hotel.
