It was quite disappointing overall.

Needs many updates, not very clean & had musty smell. Bathroom had very outdated carpet.

Mediocre at best.

Convenient to downtown locations.

Carpet was not clean. Tv only worked on one channel. Did not have curb appeal. Oh yes, had to find someone to get us some toilet paper!!

Was ok for our trip but probably won't stay here again

Did not do breakfast

one office check-in for 3 properties. Had trouble with reservations and did not get rooms reserved. Computer problems they said. Things did not work in room and found out a switch needed to be on for receptacles to work. Had to go to office to find this out.

I had a place to sleep.

not much at all it was a place to sleep

it smelled musty and dirty. the carpets in the 4th room they put us in was disgusting. but at least the bed was new. i tried to cancel but was told because I booked through booking.com it was to hard to cancel. the place was run down and worn out I will not stay there again

Good visit with family.

Had a great Whitefish dinner at the Hook. Beautiful view of the straits of Mackinaw.

No sound proofing between rooms!

Please improve the color of interiors & quilt and i also feel uncomfortable with the bed smell.

Overall the stay was pleasant would recommend to others for a short stay.

The location was fine easy to get to, good parking. We're told breakfast was good there unfortunately we were unable to partake because of our travel schedule.

Mattresses could be a bit more firm and exhaust vents should be installed in all bathrooms.

Great hotel

The employees were very nice and helpful and it was a great location. There was plenty to do in the hotel with the pools and hot tub plus plenty to do around town. I will be back next year.

Was a place to sleep

Well it close to the bridge and restaurants

Very dated, hot water was on and off so showers were interesting. Bed was not comfortable. It's on the cheaper end of things, but I'd probably spend a little more next time for more comfort.

Our room still wasn't ready at 5:30. They called to see we were coming, and we showed up within 15 mins of the call, but the room wasn't ready for us?
