Disappointing

location

very dirty, refrigerator/freezer was soooo old it was completely frozen you couldn’t use, extra cleaning fees, staff was rude and not very accommodating

Extremely in poor repair. It was a shame. Needs paint and repair and up dated

Condo complex is dated, but condo was comfortable and had the basics. Easily walk to the attractions and restaurants.

Location was very assessable to downtown area.

Was dated and the condo needed bowls to place things in. Had basically the bare minimum of utensils.

We had a good experience,location was great but for the money I paid it really needs an update

Location excellent rooms clean pool was nice

Could use some updating cabinet doors trying to fall off stove drawer was broken off beds need be updated very noisy and not very comfy tvs could use an update there was no balcony like in the pictures I was really looking forward to that after a long day

Great Room amd awesome location

Our room was amazing!

Pools, no breakfast, and I don't think the rest of the rooms are as good as what we had.

Pleasant

The location was pretty hard to beat.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 person stay of 4 days, 3 nights. Had to find a place to buy some. Tv's would not come in clear at all on any attempted setting or station. Took some time to find the remote for the bedroom. Was found under the bed where is was pretty dirty and there was some trash underneath. Aside from that it seemed clean enough.

The location is good

The property is run down and not what it use to be not proper cooking stuff tile messed up in the bathroom Bottom of stove broken and falling off and a whole in the stool at the table It’s not kept up like it should the indoor pool has a lot of holes on the bottom of the pool that needs to be fixed bc my 4 year old cut his toe on it

Dont Book Room #102

Location, parking

Room 102 very outdated, pullout sofa was completely wore out and ratty. When you sat on it you felt like you were sinking all the way to the floor. Microwave needs replaced as it is rusted and the paint on the inside roof of it was bubbling off. No where near enough towels, but you have to drive (in that traffic!!) to the office which is offsite to exchange for fresh ones. Air system extremely loud. Carpet needed vaccumed. Entire unit needed a deep clean, especially the bottom of the tub.

Not enough forks only one Coffee cup not enough Towels only one stove Brunner was working it look run down for price that we had paid it could been alot better I we weren't to happy about price we had to pay for run down room will not stay there again will not recommend it to no one !!!

I will never stay in unit 102

close to the main strip

replace couch sunk all the way to ground had to put blankets and pillows under the cushion the edges of bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned this is for room 102 have stayed in other units they was fine

We love the location because it is closed everything we like.

The condo was neat and beautiful but it did not have everything we needed for the kitchen.

Disappointed in condo.

It was pretty clean. Close to Convention Center.

I left a message to get more towels and still didn't get them. 5 towels for 4 people for 5 days isnt enough. I small roll of toilet paper was not enough. Room needs updated. Furniture was worn.

the room was dusty and was not at all what was pictured. the staff was helpful when contacted and assisted us promptly. there was no linen/trash service for our stay.

Very well-kept property and in a great location.

The room was very clean and was prepared for us. The bedroom was a nice size for two people. The view was pretty great as looking off the balcony, we could see some of the strip and the aquarium. Overall very well kept.
