Great location and comfortable bed.

Maison Dupuy is perfectly situated in the french quarter on a relatively quiet street just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St. The bed was very comfortable.The Maison Dupuy is an old hotel that is a little rough around the edges but we had a lovely stay and it's location and value for money make it somewhere to consider.

The bathroom was very tiny and the door could only open halfway before it hit the toilet. We found out our friends had a similar size and configuration bathroom but their door had 2 halves so they didn't hit the toilet. Maybe they hadn't gotten around to the change. The housekeeping was haphazard for example they ran out of bathmats and washcloths at one point and sometimes we had 2 towels and other days 4 towels. The breakfast/bar downstairs had just reopened and frankly should have stayed closed. It was very disappointing indeed the one time we tried it for breakfast.

It was very pleasant

Staff was excellent,great location ,great pool area and very clean .

There was no wiifii ,tv didn't work,and the temperature in the room was either freezing or turn it off and then too hot. And there needs to be some work done to the elevators.

Don't stay here if you need reliable wifi

Location was good and staff were friendly.

Wifi was so weak it was unusable and so was the TV that was only internet TV that kept buffering. Fridge was noisy. Sink had no plug.

Location was great.

The breakfast at the restaurant was good. Location was close to bourbon st so it made getting around super easy

Room wasn’t like how it was shown in the pictures when I booked. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

good location, nice hotel

the staff were great. good location, nice room.

the wifi didnt work so we couldnt watch tv. also, the small frig didnt work well at all .. didnt keep food cold. had to get ice to get a cold drink. we got up early so were in early and couldnt watch tv. wifi didnt work in the courtyard either. asked staff about wifi but the only response was that they were trying something new ... didnt offer anything to substitute for the issue

Fabulous! Will definitely book there again!

Cleanliness, location, staff, suite setup, and restaurant service and food were all fabulous!

I wish that all rooms had microwaves and fridges.

The staff was amazing..very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect.. about a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street..

Rooms were clean but in major - major disrepair. Broken vanity mirrors, toilets didn't flush properly.. very very low vanity tops in the rooms... almost like wheelchair accessible level, however, they are simply very old.. it is the old standard height. We changed rooms and it was trading one headache for another... But the staff was absolutely amazing about everything. I would only recommend this place to people that I know are VERY easy going and are fine with things like this.

An experience.

The location was really good. Garden yard beautiful. Coffee was good enjoyed water in lobby when came in from the street.

It was so overly priced understand now why parking so high. But the room was very small our first room noisy air conditioner.

location is absolutely perfect

I started coming to this hotel over 10 years ago. I’ve stayed there four times and had loved it. I returned after about 5 years and was so disappointed. the price are the same, but this hotel is dirty, worn down, and the staff couldn’t care less about you. The elevators were terrifying, I got stuck several times. Our room was dirty… smelly. oh and the TV and internet didn’t work. The staff basically told us tough luck (and they were very aware of the problem, but failed to tell us about it). For 4x nights, they gave us a $50 credit. I’m sorry, but no. Sad to say, I will never return. It’s a real shame. What it lacked in upkeep could have been made up with charm, but it failed in every category.

it was an experience

great location

very misleading. Said $75 incidental fee for the stay but it was $50 a day so 200$ not $75. parking was $51 a day after taxes but was only posted 45$ a day. bathroom wasn’t very clean both rooms had hairs in the showers and still soap streaks on the walls. checkout said 12p on the site but it was also incorrect we had to leave by 11am.

Lovely staff but feel defrauded

The location and staff were great during our stay. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Had a good stay but sadly the hotel failing to return the deposit of $250 charged after we checked out, although they confirmed at check out that we had no incidentals has ruined the experience. All attempts at contacting the hotel to have this resolved have proved unsuccessful. As we had no other charges, the hotel did not provide us with a check out invoice. Sadly having to go through my credit card company to have this resolved.

Second time staying at this location

Location close to the heart of the French Quarter, Bourbon St was a 5 minute walk at the most. The hotel was easily accessible from I10 and equally easy enough on departing to find I10.

The hotel did not have a restaurant operational for a quick breakfast whether full service of buffet which would be a wonderful addition to staying at this location.

Pleasant but disappointing

Restaurant wasn't opened for majority of trip. Air conditioning didn't work. Room next door people kept me awake with arguing and slamming door. Otherwise is was fine
