Great breakfast and served early. We appreciated the oatmeal bar, egg options, yogurt, pastries, and fruit juices. The waffle iron was a great addition as was the 24/7 access to tea/coffee/water.
The pool room was exceptionally hot, like a sauna.

Location, clean, good value.
You have to pay $30 for parking

Our room was clean and comfy and beautiful! The breakfast was delicious!!!! And included a variety of foods. Walking distance to many downtown attractions. Loved the parking garage also to keep me vehicle safe ($30 extra per night)
Maid service never came during our stay. Also, right after checking I got a scam call about failure to appear in court from my “local sheriff department” but they seemed to know I wasn’t home and tried to direct me to pay lots of fees locally. The name given doesn’t work in my town(glad I stalled and sent text to law enforcement where I do live) but was a voice I heard in the lobby. Be careful!

Breakfast was great. Hotel is newer and very clean
I should have been told that parking is $30 per night. That was expensive!
4.3
In a good location and very clean.
There was no Wi-Fi from the time I checked in to the time I checked out (3 days). Staff could not say when it would be fixed or even acknowledged it.
4.3
Front desk reps could have been more “welcoming”: there was this guy who I asked to please get me a taxi, 20 min later and being near the front desk, he replied No Taxi and that is. So unfriendly . Ih and then a short lady, latin backgeound, dont remember anymore what the issue was but she literally BARKED her answer. Could this chain hotel provide HUMAN TRAINING to their reps @ front desk? Other than these two lousy reps, the rest of the staff be it servers @ breakfast or room service, these ladies were just so welcoming and with the right ATTITUDE!

This hotel was very clean, and the staff always met us with a smile and were very helpful. It's within walking distance to the Aquarium, children's museum, Broncos stadium and lots of local restaurants. The continental breakfast was better than most. Our first trip to Denver and the hotel and staff were perfect!
Not a thing!

Breakfast was great. Ate something 2 morns. Made the price of the room worth it.
The garage and entrance way to the lobby is a bit strange, but fine once u get used to it.
