under renovation!! If I knew the hotel was like that forget about it

Everything about the facility was good. They were under construction at the time, and that was an eye sore, but overall all it was a great place for my overnight trip.

Because of the construction, I would have liked to know there wasn't an elevator available. That can cause problems if someone had a health condition or if someone had kids with them and had to move a lot of things. I do understand that construction has to be done, but I probably would have chosen another hotel had I known that there wasn't a working elevator. If you are going to use this hotel, just call to see if the construction is finished. Other that that it's a great place.

Excellent room and Friendly staff

It’s always nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room. The bathroom had plenty of counter space which is always welcomed. The closet was small and efficient. The room was well laid out and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of cold and warm options.

It was mediocre at best for the price we paid.

Every morning they had breakfast-limited variety though.

The entire stay, I kept asking for towels and never got any for our room. The bed had scuffs and dirt all over the sheets. The towels and hand towels in the bathroom were dirty. Staff avoided you unless you were checking out.

Disappointing

Location was wonderful. Orange and Apple juice machine at there so called breakfast was great.

Was charged a $150.00 deposit fee that I was not informed about! The pillows were the worst of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The Breakfast was very lackluster to say the least. No information given about Wi-Fi and television guides.

Pro's and Cons

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. I also liked that the room was accomodating to handicapped. I liked that there were many outlets and USB charging ports in the room that was awesome.

I didn't like that there was an extra $150 fee on top of the cost of the room. I also didn't like that that there were no regular trash cans in the room. It was good to have recycling bin in the room, but no regular trash can. There was also no tissue in the room itself there was only a box of tissue in the bathroom. I didn't like that there were not many carts to roll luggage on and I didn't like thar the elevator was very slow.
