Wonderful stay with exception of beds.

Mattresses were not good. We like very firm mattress but both were like concrete.

Came, slept, relaxed briefly and left.

Easy access to Highway 41, room sizes, breakfast and simplicity.

The sounds from the room above and next door to us. Loud bangs and thumps.

Rooms need some love

The rooms were outdated, furniture uncomfortable, stains in carpet. Rooms need to be renovated.

All-around great hotel

Staff are friendly and helpful. The fitness center is nice, well-supplied, and clean. Love the hot tub. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have blackout curtains.

Great hotel, convenient location

This has become my go-to stay when I'm in Appleton for work. Comfortable beds, quiet with blackout curtains, and a great breakfast. I enjoy being able to use the fitness center and the hot tub.

very clean, room was nice and comfortable, the pool was open later (until midnight) which was very nice to allow for relax after busy day. Breakfast was good, some items cold but good selection.

I turned low heat on in room 347 (King Suite) due to being chilled and emitted a burnt smell then the fire alarm in room started going off-message of "fire" also warning lights blinking-shut it down immediately. but felt uneasy abut the heat/cool system. the heat/cool system in room is very loud/kicks on /off all night -person in living room-on fold out couch area was warm....not much cool air ventilation into the room. some breakfast items were cold. Would like to have small pot of oatmeal on warmer -not the microwave package.

Very clean and location was excellent.

The TV can only be viewed from the bed. The couch was at the opposite end of room and the microwave/refrigerator cabinet stuck out and obstructed view. The dresser/TV stand should be reversed, allowing TV to be seen by both the couch and bed.

Overall we liked the motel despite not receiving what we had reserved.

The breakfast was great. Good choices and well kept. Very good job, Edna!

The room I booked was shown as having a door dividing the bedroom area from the sitting area and we ended up receiving a suite with no division. We were traveling with an infant that requires a quiet environment for sleeping so we booked this specific room for our needs.

Overall a great stay! This is our 3rd time staying at this property, will stay again!

Clean and comfy, good price, nice hot tub and workout room. Continental breakfast is great

Pool a little bit cool for our liking, and beds a little hard, but that’s personal preference

Nice place, high price during EEA week

Adequate hotel and space with good breakfast. AC and all appliances worked well

We had a suite and the sitting area worked well

Two things. No place for bath towels to be hung up, which is a real problem when you stay multiple nights. Also, no paper recycling. In this day and age that is necessary!

Perfect for families. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and spacious room.

Breakfast was great, very handy. Coffee was excellent. Bed was really comfy and it was great that we were able to use a crib for the baby.

Room could have done with a deeper or more thorough clean. Overall, it was good but corners, under beds, behind couch etc were dirty.

Very good

Convenient location just off the highway. Easy driving distance to campus and Performing Arts Center.

Nothing bad to say. Front desk staff was helpful. We were only in town for 1 night for a show so we did not explore the hotel much.

This was our second time staying here. We’ll stay here again.

The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. I like the size of the room. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food. The pool area is nice and clean.

There was a small stain on the carpet by the desk in the room. The toilet seat is out of adjustment and wouldn’t stay up on its own.
