La cuidad es bonito
El hotel bonito el habitación es grande

Roof top view
Pictures on the site were deceiving. Did not like the fact that our rooms were cleaned every 2 days, and if I wanted fresh towels, I had to go downstairs to ask for them. The elevator was broken. I was not happy with my stay, and it was not worth the money. Felt like I stayed in a motel instead of a hotel. Need to be updated.

Stanza
Manca il parcheggio, la reception non è stata troppo elastica con la lingua , americano stretto
4.3
I liked the fact that we had breakfast and the room was spacious.
The fact that only ONE elevator was working, and on top of that they have a bug problem. Ants bit me on the ear and bit my boyfriend on the legs not to mention they had a small roach in the room….and the cups were filthy. For the issues that the hotel had, the least they could’ve done was gave us a discount. Yall have 14 floors, one elevator working, AND bug problems ?! The hotel is nice but it’s a lot of things that needs to be fixed.
4.3
Location , room size, roof top, and customer service
The Microsoft shutdown/ malfunction made a few things not work properly, but it was not this locations fault . They were very accommodating.
4.3
Hotel relativamente bem localizado
Atendimento da equipe de recepção, frequência e qualidade da limpeza de quarto, falta de variedade no café da manhã
4.3
Breakfast was good, stage was awesome, everything went well with the exception of the roof top bar being closed, we chose this location because of the roof top bar, which we didn't get a chance to enjoy.
They didn't tell us the roof top bar was closed until we checked in, used the roof top bar as a feature.
4.3
The hotel is nice and clean. The doorman/valet is wonderful! All employees are very nice and helpful. We walked a block to get to the trolly stop. Using the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority App (Norta.com app) was extremely convenient and economical. We parked our car and did not move it until it was time to go home.
Our window view was the roofop of a next door debilitating hotel with weeds growing. The television remote did not work well. It was extremely difficult to change tv channels (extremely slow to respond) even after changing batteries. There is a $20 EXTRA fee per day on top of the REGULAR PARKING FEE for valet parking. Unless you are driving your car throughout your visit, save your extra $20 per day for valet parking & retrieving your car. The location is near the underpass for Interstate 10 with sad views of homeless and their belongings.
4.3
The location was convenient, the secured parking area gave me a sense of security that my vehicle would be safe.
The property could have been a lot cleaner. Every area in the room was dusty, there was hairs in the bathroom floor from previous guests. The dishwasher, refrigerator had hand prints or stains all over the stainless steel. The room view was a old ruined down buildings below us which was a bit of and eyesore 😔
4.3
Excellent location. Close to public transit but also walking distance to a lot of places and yet far enough to avoid the loud partying.
Staff was very friendly.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
Nothing

The property was clean and welcoming.

Convenient location near VA hospital
You have to pay to park- no free parking
4.3
The location of the property was basically was only the good thing and the roof top bar.
The workers was rude. Besides one lady. Our car was parked in vallet the window got busted and also tried to take the car, we didn’t get notified about the issue until 12hrs of it happening. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody tbh.
4.3
Comfortable beds, shower, kitchen, friendly service
Parking situation- we had to check in with no where to park at first. Then we were directed to park across the street a block up. No communication with parking payment. We were charged $20 to park on hotel bill plus we paid at the lot. There was supposedly a valet but didn't see it plus no communication about it. I did get the parking fee removed from my bill
The door to the bathroom was not working well. Very difficult to adjust and close door for privacy. The bathroom faucet made noise when opening and closing. Didn't adjust with ease.
Snack prices in lobby were very expensive.
4.3
The Valet service was great, friendly and efficient.
The bed was not comfortable, woke up with back ache the 2 mornings. The beds are quite small and it didn't really feel like a suite, but rather a double bed room.
The rooftop bar attendant is very overwhelmed and serves people randomly instead of first come first served.
There is no safe where you can keep your valuables.
The safe parking is overpriced ($39/day) and whenever we stopped by there was no security staff, while that was the justification for that price. The other option is to pay $20 but there

Perfectly located far enough away from the city center but close enough to walk. Also the street car was right across the street. It’s been recently renovated I think the hotel seemed older but with updates. The amenities were nice. Bar is nice on both floors. The staff was very friendly and a nice introduction to New Orleans.
The amenities, the bars, very comfortable room, and the location
4.3
Room was spacious and clean on arrival.
They never serviced the room during our stay.
I requested fresh towels at the front desk which never came.
No one at front desk ever answered the phone.
Location was a bit far from the French Quarter.
4.3
If you are going to an event at the Super Dome this place is perfect. Good price and not a bad walk. We felt safe the entire time.
No complaints

The property was exceptionally clean.
It was a little ways from Bourbon St but the trolley stop is close by.
4.3
It was a good distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Great customer service by Kedrick for sure (valet) and loved the roof top bar
There was nothing I didn’t like.
4.3
Neat, clean, quick check in.
No bartender in the bar lobby. Breakfast was just ok.
4.3
The room smelled like moisture/mildew. I think a humidifier would have solved this problem. The kitchenette cabinets are dated. The hotel charges $20 to park daily in a public lot where you can park cheaper if you pay the public lot parking machine yourself.
4.3
Very polite, very professional, clean atmosphere, nice friendly staff.
