Un ottimo soggiorno nella Venezia più autentica

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere l'appartamentino, in una struttura adiacente ma separata, per un'atmosfera molto più intima. Avevamo, quindi, una camera matrimoniale ampia con anticamera, bagno e antibagno oltre alla macchinetta del caffè. Il tutto pulitissimo con un'atmosfera semplice ma elegante. La colazione è varia al punto giusto e c'è una zona apposita separata con una tenda dove poter depositare i bagagli una volta lasciata la stanza.

Forse gli unici difetti erano che la macchinetta del caffè presentava solamente caffè decaffeinato e che l'inverter in camera era in realtà solo condizionatore e non anche riscaldamento (c'erano in ogni caso i termosifoni a scaldare la stanza).

The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom has everything we needed. The AC was great, the breakfast was outstanding and of course the service and the employees are friendly and helpful!!! Thank you!!

Lovely room and location. Breakfast was great, we will be coming back!

Size of the room, bathroom, and private terrace was extremely great! Very private and comfortable!

Room was warm since it was the attic. Another A/C, or a stronger one, would be excellent for summer months. Also, even though the TV offered, we could not connect to internet.

A good base for our venice adventure

Large room. Water pressure good for the shower. Comfortable bed. Complimentary bottle of water. A lot of choice for breakfast.

The only slight issue was that there was no milk provided for coffee in the room. Nespresso machine wasn't used because of this. Good if you like black coffee though.

Great neighbourhood and great hotel.

We had the junior suite with a large terrace with views, that says it all. The room was large, comfortable, beautifully made up and furnished, bathroom huge, it was perfect.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator is tiny and very slow. The staircase is beautiful, too, though.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing - 10 min walk from San Marco and the main touristic attractions. At the same time, it avoids the insane crowds and noise of the city center. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room is spacious and very clean. The cleaning service was impeccable. The Venetian style of the room simply contributed to a better overall experience in Venice. The breakfast was very simple, but had everything you need. Croissants were freshly baked and were delicious (like everything else on the breakfast actually). We read some reviews saying it was very noisy on breakfast because it is served outside the rooms (in the corridor). We don't agree, the hotel staff organise it very well, and it is very quiet. Last, but not least, we has absolutely amazing view to the canal - it was breath-taking. Overall, the hotel is an amazing value for money and it is highly recommended!

The only thing we didn't like is that breakfast starts at 8:00. For most people (including us before going to Venice), this is a quite reasonable time. But Venice has another pace - if you want to see it in a relaxed pace, at 8 am you are already outdoors. So, the only recommendation we had was to start breakfast at 7:30 (if possible at all). That would be awesome!

Fantastic hotel in a quiet area, plenty of amenities nearby, as well as access to public transport

Hotel is located in a much more residential area of Venice, which makes for nice quiet evenings and mornings, whilst still only being minutes away from a couple of Vaporetto stops. A few options for food and drink nearby that go on late into the night - perfect for late arrivals, as was in our case! Staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations, as well as a map of the city. Bed was really comfy and the room was very spacious, which was a surprise for Venice.

Not a negative at all, but do be aware that the hotel is split between two buildings, less than a minute apart, but just bare in mind that reception may be in a different building than the one you stay in. Other than that, the water pressure wasn't very powerful in the shower and the temperature was a little erratic, but this is really nitpicking at this point.

Exceptional

Adorable little boutique hotel tucked into a few floors of a larger building. 24 hr reception, elevator, breakfast, everything you need. Super close to public transit and easy walking distance to the train station. Even got to have breakfast on our balcony! Would definitely stay there again.

Location of the hotel is perfect! We only used a bus between the airport and the bus station, everything else we walked. Area around is beautiful. A very nice winery is right by the hotel, and plenty of places to eat/drink around. Our room was spacious enough, nicely decorated, and clean. Good sound isolation on windows. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms on the 3d floor exit directly into a breakfast area and reception, though we were less disturbed by that than we originally thought – fortunately, no late arrivals and nobody was just hanging in the area, and before 8 a.m. it was always quiet. No lounge area and no café/bar, they just don’t have space for it.

I'll be back!

It was not the room I was expecting but nevertheless it was a good stay. The breakfast was good and pleasant, good confort overall and a perfect location for a stroll in the city.

The images of the rooms in the website are of the suites! Not the standard rooms.

Very good

Our bedroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. We had a side view to the canal which was beautiful. Breakfast was good, a mixture of continental and cooked buffet. Staff was attentive and friendly. Location couldn't be better, short walk to the main attractions, Basilica de São Marco, Gran Canal the Rialto Bridge and good restaurants and bars.

The breakfast area is actually the corridor outside the rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, so around 7am you are disturbed by the breakfast being setup and when you open your door, there will be guests sat down just outside. Very awkward..

Disappointing

The staff was very supportive as they helped us in finding the place over the phone. The breakfast was included in the fee and it was excellent.

The hotel was really hard to find. The Google map shows the hotel distance as 8 mins walk from the train station whereas it was 20 mins away from the main train station. You need to take a boat taxi or boat bus from central station to reach the hotel. The rooms were a bit old fashioned and not comfy. The Hotel gives you a feel of a private house but not a hotel. Please note that hotel charges an extra cash amount under city tax whereas city tax was already collected by Booking.com

I am satisfied with my stay in this residence, the only room was a little cold.

The accommodation was nice, the location was perfect.

In the room you could hear very well the sounds that are happening outside, but it does not disturb if you have a good sleep.

The room was lovely, very pretty with comfortable beds and big bathroom with everything you need. Heating was good as it was very cold outside! Breakfast was good but they need to offer a non dairy milk and maybe some more vegan options.

The description of room in booking.com said one bed in bedroom and one in living room, implying that the suite had two separate rooms but it wasn't. So don't be fooled.
