Brilliant location for city stay and Christmas markets

Clean, cosy , warm , good location and easy free parking for city centre. Quiet area.

Everything about the property was great . If I had to comment on anything I would say some milk on arrival and more toilet roll would have been useful but that’s manageable 😀

Cozy and comfortable

Warm and comfortable, bed is very comfortable and there is a TV at the end of the bed. Suitable for the family with 4. Near to the old town of York, walkable and convenient, Quiet and clean. Host is very friendly and responsive. Recommend

Very pleasant

I like the decoration style, cozy and neat, it is family friendly, there are colorful plastic utensils for kids in the kitchen, and there are story books and little toys for kids too.

Great family apartment 15 minutes from York city centre

The apartment was spotless and everything was pretty new. It has everything you need for a comfortble stay with your family.

Very helpful host, well presented property ideally located!

Very clean and well presented. Hosts were brilliant, very helpful and sorted everything to make it a perfect stay. Would definitely use again in future! Worth noting we stayed over to go to the races which was a short Uber ride and was also within walking distance to the city centre.

Nothing to complain about, was brilliant and good value for money.

last minute booking to york, great location.

location a 5-10 minute walk to centre. very clean, had everything you would need. quiet residential area. easy access to property, parking space to front.

a lovely warm stay, close to everywhere we needed

a neat, bijou apartment that packed a lot into it. the walk into York Minster area was only about 10-12 min. well equipped kitchen and comfortable facilities

nothing really- there was some restrictions on using the yard after 930pm because it overlooks a neighbours bedroom but to be fair none of us wanted to see into their room so it was fine by us- this might have been a problem in the summer months if we had wanted to sit out

Lovely stay in a comfy, warm ground floor dwelling right on the outskirts of the city.

This is a great location just to the North of the City Walls so an easy walk into York. There's a Sainsbury's local just around the corner which was very handy as well. It's a ground floor dwelling with a lovely comfy and spacious lounge and a great kitchen too. There was a welcome bottle of fresh milk in the fridge and the host was incredibly fast to respond and very helpful when needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

I don't think that anything could have been better. I prefer a different shower head, but that's preference rather than not liking something. I prefer a letter box that isn't at ground level, but again it's not something that I would think important to comment on if you didn't ask questions like this!

Great find, don’t miss out!

Great location, close to everything and tucked away on a pretty quiet road. Spacious, clean, lovely interior, good utensils to be able to use kitchen. Good communication by owner also.

It’s not a didn’t like - but I’m unsure if the vent works for the shower? I tried all the switches but couldn’t find one for the vent meaning it was very foggy - just wanted to let you know!

A beautiful apartment.

The apartment was warm and cosy, essential in this very cold weather. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location in a lovely part of York. Lots of room inside, plenty of clean towels and the addition of hand wash soap, shower gel and air freshener in the bathroom. There was also plenty of wardrobe and chest of drawers space to put our clothes. A cute little courtyard outside in the back, with furniture and recycling boxes at the front of the property. We didn't meet Amy, the owner, but she communicated through the booking.com app and told us everything we needed to know before arriving, so we were very well informed before we got there. Good local taxi service. Good amenities within walking distance and not far to the centre of York.

We wished we could have stayed longer. There's nothing that we didn't like about it.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy, plenty of room for the kids to play and not to be under our feet, facilities cartered for the whole family even a small amount of toys which our Autistic child loved..

I only had one small issue and that was that the mattress in the main bedroom was rather uncomfortable I do have hip pain so could feel the springs but I am very fussy.

Fabulous and comfortable stay!

Very clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. In a fantastic location near the centre of town and the train station. Excellent contact with the host, Amy. Fabulous property and a very comfortable stay for my four friends and I. Will definitely stay again when visiting York.

Nothing wrong here. Brilliant place to stay.

The apartment was gorgeous, the pictures here really don't do it justice if I'm honest. My children loved the bunk beds and were probably more excited about them than they were about going out anywhere. The little touches like the box of kids books and toys, the little bottle of milk and the kids plastic plates gave a real personal feel. It literally had everything you might need for a weekend break; tea and coffee, towels, shower gel and hand-wash..... I really can't fault this apartment at all.
