We loved staying at the Koenig Lodge in Aspen Brook. It is right on the river and has easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park. The house had lots of room for our 3 generations of Family. The older kids especially enjoyed the bunk room and the game areas. We definitely recommend this excellent home!

This huge, beautiful house was perfect for our family of 15. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the upper balcony over the roaring river below. It is located close to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain NP. We went hiking 3 days in a row. So many wonderful memories were created during our stay here. We highly recommend to other families.

This lovely lodge right on the big Thompson River was so perfect for our big family. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the beds are many and good, the games are plentiful and throwing rocks into the river could entertain tiny ones for days!
We could not have asked for better accommodations.
Management was perfect to work with and we appreciated that.
highly recommend this house to others with large families. FB

Clean, well taken care of. The host was great.
The running river by the house was so peaceful. Three deer walked right up to the house eating grass. Beautiful setting. Foosball, arcade and ping pong were lots of fun in the basement. We took full advantage of the Rocky Mountain YMCA just 1/2 mile away. Very close to all the great things to do in Estes Park.

We book a stay at the lodge for our daughters wedding at Sprague Lake. The house was a beautiful part if her wedding. There was plenty of room for all 14 in out party. The house is very clean, wry well stocked and the owners are very accommodating. The owner allowed us into the property early and met us there to familiarize us with the property and answer any questions. The location of the lodge is just outside the entrance to RMNP.

My family had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect size for all of us (18) with room to spare. Wonderful location to get out and hike and make trips to town. Place was very clean, and the hosts were easy to get a hold of. Thanks for making our get together a good one!

We had an amazing time at this property and would definitely return in the future! It was perfect for our multi-generation family of 20 people. The location to both town and Rocky Mountain National park was so nice. The owners went above and beyond, including a sweet welcome basket which was such a blessing. We love this place!

This house is perfect in every way! It was perfect for our group of 12. It had everyone we needed for the week, and we cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal. The location couldn’t be any better for hiking at RMNP. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!!

Home was clean and well stocked with essentials for a long weekend. Very comfortable stay, thank you for the treats left in the kitchen.

Huge cabin with lots of rooms and bathrooms for big groups. I had 14 people in my group and we were all very comfortable. The game room is awesome for kids, and backed up to the river is great for fly fishing! Very quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Plenty of room for parking unless you have several big trucks. Only bad thing was downstairs fridge didn’t really work and no ice makers worked. Overall it was a great stay!

Everyone loved the spacious but homey feel of this home. The nearby creek provide a wonderful natural sound machine for falling asleep. Great place to enjoy with family or friends.

We stayed at this property with family and friends during our wedding. We wanted everyone to be together as much as possible since we are from all over the states. It was such a special weekend and coming home to this beautiful house after our wedding activities was very nice. We got to hang out by the creek and go on a hike. It's in a great location and you really get the feel of being in the mountains!

The property was very nice and had enough for our sleeping arrangements. I wish it would have list3ed that soap, laundry detergent, etc would have been listed. I know the appliances are listed by it would have been helpful to list those items.
The weather was perfect when we were in Colorado. I guess I was surprised there weren't any ceiling fans but there were fans. A lounge chair outside on the top deck would have bee nice.
It was a good place to stay with our family.

This location was perfect for us. We love water, and the rushing river along the back of the house was amazing. We were just 8 minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance, and a nice country supermarket is even closer. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the 13 of us, ages 4 to 72, and there were ample basic supplies provided like tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Robin was very responsive to the small issues we did have. We had a wonderful week. The only thing lacking is a hot tub for relaxing after hikes in the park. This is a great house for a large family gathering!

the house is huge and fit all our family in its 6 bedrooms. there is a playground down the street and an access to an easy hike close to the house. Not too far from town, and really close to Rocky Mt National Park.
We really enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Robyne's Estes Park home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The game room was a hit with both the kids and the adults.
We were not able to fish in the river, which we were a bit bummed about. It was way too fast and deep for fishing due to all the rain and snow melt this year. We were happy the area has had the moisture.
I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a comfortable home to stay in, and a great rapport with the owner.

We rented the cabin for a week to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. Our group ranged in age from 9 to 80 and the house was perfect for all ages. Grandparents slept in the MBR on the main floor which was ideal that they did not need to climb any stairs to access their bedroom, kitchen, dining, living and laundry. Downstairs had one bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom, the game room with second kitchen area, ping pong, foosball, video games and easy access to fish on the lower patio. The upstairs (3rd level) had the remaining bedrooms (2 kings, one queen, and huge bunk room) and two shared bathrooms.
The accommodations were perfect for our size group and everyone enjoyed the house. Lots of room to spread out and find a quiet spot inside or out. We ate most of our meals at the house and the well supplied kitchen made this an easy task. Extra refrigerator/freezer downstairs was nice for the kids to keep drinks and snacks in the game room as well.
Windows open at night to cool off the bedrooms and enjoy the sound of the flowing river was one of the best features of the house. The house is so close to the river and being the first house on the river side of the road adds to the privacy of the location. We saw elk one morning across the river, and deer a few days later wading in the water right in front of the cabin.
We had a few minor issues which were addressed and Robyne was always quick to respond. Thank you for sharing this lovely property with us. Highly recommend!

Robyne was fantastic with communications and checking. Her welcome box was really good and did not last long! The house was a great fit for our family which included our four kids, their spouses and grand kids along with my mom.
We were out there for a week and cooked breakfast and supper at the house which was very well appointed. the new grill got a work out as well each night.
The view from the upper and lower deck was just fantastic as you are right on the river! The sound of the water at night put you right to sleep!
Great location just out side of the hustle and bustle of Estes, and great location to get into the Park. Make sure to make reservations as early as you can. Make sure to reserve the trails you want to hike as well!
Overall just a great set of new memories for the family and can't wait until the next time out to see if this one is still available!
We have been going to Estes with the family every couple of years or so since the early 80's. the houses keep needing to get bigger to accommodate the growing family. This was undoubtedly one of our favorites!
Thanks for allowing us to Stay!

Our family of sixteen stayed here for a week. The kids loved the bunk beds and the rest of the house was wonderful. Loved the white noise of the river at night. Elk walked on the street by the house daily. Several beautiful hummingbirds entertained us. Loved all the furniture and large table for family time.
Thank you

This was a perfect spot for lodging for a large group of adults. Very spacious and everyone had a great sleeping arrangement. Tons of room to hangout comfortably. The deck is beautiful and the river running right behind it is absolutely majestic. Would happily recommend or stay here again.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Owner met us and brought snacks and coffee. I totally understand not having candles , but suggested battery candles in case of an emergency
Power went out for around 3 hrs and we only had our phones to use for light . I highly recommend this cabin. Would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 16 30+ aged guys celebrating my brother on his impending nuptials. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with all our cooking needs as we had all meals at the house. The setting with the Big Thompson River right at the back and views were great. The basement with the games and second kitchen was a great addition. If the need every arises again, we will stay at this location again.

We stayed at this lovely cabin during the winter, a large group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids ages 2-16) and had plenty of room for everyone! The bunk room and playroom were a huge hit! And we were thankful for so many bathrooms! Close to town, easy to get to and we didn't need 4wd. Beautiful views off the deck, right above the river. Didn't have cell signal but they had a landline so that was nice in case we needed to get ahold of anyone. Wifi worked great though (happy teenagers!)! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again for sure! Great hosts also, very responsive and accomodating!

We were welcomed by Robyne and a welcoming tray of home baked goodies and treats! She answered all our questions and was very hospitable. The kids loved the Bunk bed room and there was plenty of space for our group of 16. Great trail to the sledding hill, we had a great time!

We had a great Christmas with family despite the winter weather on the way in... Estes Park was great with clearing the roads. The house was perfect. Cozy and large enough to accommodate our 20 guests. Cooked most meals with ease. Robyn and her husband were very gracious and easy to communicate with.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Estes Park. Thank you for sharing your home :)

Loved this home! Such a beautiful well taken care of home. We had five families and it was perfect for everyone. The owner was sweet enough to meet us there to greet us, you don’t get that with other properties that are managed through company’s. This was by far my favorite rental in Colorado and my family travels to Colorado a lot. Definitely recommending this place to everyone. Will definitely be back in the summer!

Everything about this property was spot on with the description. The location was ideal, the deck overlooking the river was perfect for our grandchildren to run and play outside while we enjoyed our coffee. All amenities were plentiful, with the exception of wine glasses, as our family size could have used a few more 😉 Overall, a beautiful property and we would stay again!

Robyn met us at the property for check-in and was very helpful with area recommendations. The home and location itself were exceptional. Perfect for our family (8 adults, 9 kids). Amenities were plenty for all of us - very comfortable and kids loved the neighborhood playground, "secret room" and playing on the rocks in the river. Thank you, Robyn for helping us build some great memories by sharing your home!

Our daughter had an Estes Park wedding, so we rented the Koenig house for our family. It was so perfect for our group! The excellent views of the river and outdoor seating were amazing! Plenty of comfortable beds, lots of space for family dinners, great games, ping pong, etc. The kitchen had every amenity you could ever think of and plenty of plates and serving ware etc!
