Sehr klein und unpraktisch

Ich weiß ja, dass englische Zimmer sehr klein sind, aber dieses Appartement schlägt alle. Durch die Dachschrägen stößt man sich ständig den Kopf. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt kann man gleichzeitig duschen und wer glaubt hier kochen zu können, wird enttäuscht sein. Es gibt zwar Geschirr und eine Mikrowelle. Wenn man die aus dem Schrank holt, hat man aber keinen Platz sie abzustellen. Am Waschbecken, das gleichzeitig die Küchenspüle ist, hat man kein Licht. Auf unserer Reise hatte wir viele bessere und preiswertere Unterkünfte.

Be aware the ceilings slope so can be a hazard if you're tall.

Comfortable studio, excellent location for visiting the Cotswolds.

Close to Burford with all its amenities, but in a quiet place away from the town centre. It was good to be self-contained, could prepare own breakfast and get out early to visit local attractions. Could also use the kitchenette to prepare snacks. Lots of hot water and a good shower, comfortable bed.

The accommodation was exactly as described..

The property itself was excellent, and there is a nice pub restaurant 5 minutes walk

The road outside although not that busy can be noisy, especially if hot weather and you have the windows open. It is not a problem if you are used to road noise, but not so good if you are not used to it

Owners were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Extremely small. Combined shower and wc. Bathroom basin and kitchen washing up facilities were combined. No dining table and chairs as the loft is too small to accommodate this furniture. Should described more accurately.

Very good

Really great use of the space and in a perfect location to walk to Burford (15 mins walk following a straight road) which has plenty of places to eat and drink. Also well placed to drive to other areas of the Cotswolds. Lots of helpful information about the property and the area provided in the apartment and the property was well equipped.

If you are a light sleeper, it's best to pack ear plugs as the property is on a busy main road. The shower/toilet wet room is a great idea to utilise the space but does mean once someone's showered you can't go to the toilet without getting wet feet, so take flip flops!

Pleasant

It's a well designed studio. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Parking available next to studio. We didn't meet the hosts.

There was a lot of dust in the room (see pictures)... It was not cleaned very well. The studio is next to a busy, noisy road and therefore we didn't sleep that well.

Compact and bijou!

It had everything we needed for a short stay and was in good walking distance from Burford town centre. The hosts kept in good contact with us and we knew that if we needed anything (which we didn’t), they were just a call away.

Very little that we didn’t like.

A cosy little apartment very close to Burford with everything you need for a few nights

Cosy room with everything you need. Independent from the owner, so you can come and go as you want. It was very close to the local pub and you can walk/drive into Burford easily for brunch. The hosts are very kind and helpful: we forgot 2 shirts in the wardrobe, which they are helping to get back to us.

The toilet is in the same room as the shower, so that was not ideal as it was wet most of the time but it was ok for 2 nights. The noise from the road is quite loud especially when you leave the windows open. Luckily it was not that warm, so we managed to sleep ok with the windows closed.

Fabulous weekend break in the Cotswolds touring round the towns and villages

Location was just right, we could walk into Burford, lovely views across the fields from the windows, good to have milk in the fridge on arrival, it was perfect for our weekend away. Lovely meal at the Swan at Swinbrook.

Studio stay.

Within walking distance of Burford. Easy to find with parking right outside.Modern furnishings & fittings, comfy bed, great views, well equipped with good TV ( Internet).

Very small with a sloping roof! Hubby hit his head a few times! Situated close to busy road so traffic noise (light sleepers beware).

comfortable and cosy base to explore the Cotswolds, we didn’t need any cooking facilities as we planned to eat out, nice little area to make drinks and sandwich’s, nice comfy bed, nice shower and nice warm heating

Good location. It’s a lovely little studio. Nicely decorated and furnished.

Unfortunately the cleaning was not great. There were 2 used cotton buds on the floor. One beside the bed and another by the waste bin. I put my shoes under the sofa and when I pulled them out again they came with a lot of dust and an old receipt from June. I then inspected under the bed and this was also quite dirty. There were crumbs in the cutlery tray as well. This is not a large place to clean and I feel these areas have been overlooked for a while. When these little problems are rectified it will be a super little place.
