Excellent room this us my 2x time and highly recommend
Cleaners were still cleaning up in my arrival, so bathroom wasn't available

Room was large and had a cute little balcony, with a kitchenette.Complementary tea bags were provided and appreciated. The bed was comfortable and a space heater was provided to keep the room warm. Toilet & room were clean. I arrive after staffed hours but staff message me via text and made check in very easy. I also found parking out the from which is only two hours until midnight on Saturdays, but i took the risk and didn't get a parking fine so i saved on having to pay for parking
Room was cold when i first arrived cause the balcony doors have an air gap letting in cold air, I recommend management to try their best to seal balcony doors to reduce unnecessary heating cost. My room was above Figo restaurant and bar which was noisey till they closed at 11.

I like when I do reservation online to giving same room 11 all the time. Thanks
Reception's altitude wasn't good. During the week I did many time extention, then who work front desk did ask me for a deal 1 week if I come back to hotel. Then she said she gonna keep me in the same room.I made a reservation online. And couldn't checked in till 5 pm, my room wasn't ready I made check out the day after and reception girl said I haven't do payment. Payment had been processed already the day before I checked in. Un professional altitude
Reception didn't placed me same room even she said the room is available where I use to stay. Also didn't let me to check in on time had to wait till 5 , if I known wouldn't back to the hotel.
Thanks

Close to the Kings Cross and Rushcutters Bay. Plenty of small eateries and coffee shops.
No keys to worry about just locking codes.
This is tight accommodation but adequate for the price.

Location is perfect, big room and staff is amazing.

Excellent location, spacious bright room, with balcony
The air condition was an outdated fan on the ceiling. It was slightly loose and slightly unsettling to sleep below. The shared bathrooms were a little unclean and could do with being kept at a better standard.

great location and thoughtfully decorated, linen was lovely and the kitchenette well stocked and convenient!
upper floor rooms can get a little stuffy without aircon, but the windows are able to be opened and ceiling fans worked a treat!

The location
Bathroom was a little unpleasant due to high volume of people.

For over $300 a night I would expect a room with an air-conditioner. I checked in at 10:30pm and called the phone number provided to complain and the person was very rude and said "why didn't you go somewhere else" Never have been spoken too soo poorly at a hotelsuch poor. Location was good, but that's it.
