About this apartment rental
The Brunswick Street Residence is a fabulous apartment, accommodating up to 8 guests in the city centre. This newly renovated property is light and airy, with thoughtful design and modern furnishing. Leith, the New Town and the Old Town are a short walk away, giving you great access to Edinburgh's best sights.
This split level property has the main living areas and one bedroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
Put your feet up in the spacious lounge, with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV with DVD Player, iPod dock and even a wood burning stove. The contemporary kitchen diner is at hand for some home cooking, with all mod cons and a large dining table.
The three, large bedrooms all offer the ultimate flexibility, with zip and link beds that can set up at twin or double beds. Two modern bathrooms – one with large shower cubicle, one with shower over bath – complete this delightful home from home.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor without lift.
This property is best suited to families, or considerate groups. Hen, stag or party groups should not book and will not be given access to the apartment.
This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. Private parking facilities are available the Omni Q-Park car park.
This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guest, there will be an additional charge.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Sleeping Arrangements
There is one double bedroom downstairs to the front of the building which has a zip and link double bed, which can be divided into two single beds if required.
There are two further double bedrooms one to the front and one to the rear with the same bedding arrangements as the downstairs bedroom.

Large spacious flat in a great location to explore Edinburgh

Great place, good location restaurants and shops nearby. Good transport links within walking distance. Management team were excellent prior to trip and we had no reason to contact them during our stay. Lots of stairs so maybe not suitable for everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spacious and airy, well located for Edinburgh New Town and Old Town. Accurately listed as at the top of three flights of stairs.
The kitchen wasn't best equipped for cooking and eating in - though enough space.
Some aspects of maintenance are starting to look a bit tired, and it lacked some conveniences - but it was a great base to explore from.
Overall, we probably would stay again....

Good and not so good
Good things - location and size of the flat. Also the fact that it was two stories and top floor meant it was quiet and had a lot of separation from family members. Also the zip link beds
were great as they could be other king beds or two twins accommodated family members that did not want to share a bed.
The not so good. Carpets so worn out and dirty and stained and dining chairs all had flaking leather. Couch partially broken. Gave the vibe of poorly maintained. Not the cleanest either. Lots of hair everywhere and a gross bloody huge bandaid when I moved the two zip link beds apart.

Great location - 5-7 minutes from the station, well within walking distance of all attractions in the city. Place is well maintained and clean. Property managers are very efficient and communication is great. Can't really see any downsides to this place.

The unit was as described. Three bedrooms two bathrooms with TV room and kitchen. The carpets were a bit worn and in need of thorough steam cleaning but overall the place was clean. Location convenient to walk to Leith for dining and pubs after we returned from afternoon golf.

The flat provided everything we were looking for - comfortable lounge space and well -equipped equipped kitchen for all our needs. Lovely big kitchen table for meals and conversations. Zip & link beds which suited us since we were 6 individuals. And easy walking distance from most places we wanted to visit in Edinburgh.
