We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The location was absolutely amazing. We could walk to everything - dining, shopping, attractions and The Holy Donut! (don't miss it!!) Everything we needed was provided and we would love to stay in the unit again if our travels take us back to Portland.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location couldn’t be beat! The only negative would be the open concept bedroom/bathroom was a little odd, but we worked around that. I would definitely return!

Excellent. But needs attention to details. More towels. Kleenex. Instructions how to use music tv. Etc. Wonderful views and location. Highly recommended.

Henry has the most amazing views of Portland Harbor! Breathtaking! Unit was incredibly clean with all modern appliances. Amazing kitchen. Rooftop deck is unmatched in Portland!

The property was as advertised - in other words, great. Hard to think of a location that’s more convenient; literally steps from where tours and boats depart, and centrally located in relation to shops and restaurants in Old Port. The unit is spacious and clean - just like in the pictures.

Our stay at the Henry Penthouse was wonderful. It was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The building is centrally located to everything we wanted to do, and has an amazing view. Parking is great and easy to access. The communication with the owners was easy and they are very kind and helpful. We'd stay here again!

This is our 4th time staying in this building and the communication is always top notch and the property is in the heart of Old Port. Easy to walk to everything. The view cannot be beat and it's is a fun stay every time. Can't say enough nice things about the Property Manager and the property. Will stay again, many times over.

Gorgeous views and natural light overlooking the marina. An incredible condo as a home base while you enjoy Portland
10.0
We enjoyed immensely this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The parking pass was an added bonus that allowed us not to worry about finding parking. The apartment was spotless and kitchen/bathrooms were nicely appointed. The only negative thing to note was the noise you can hear in the living room when the elevator was operating. It was not audible in the bedrooms and certainly would not keep us from staying here again.

Wonderful condo with updated amenities, close to amazing bars and restaurants. Very safe and secure.

The property is exceptional. We have stayed here several times. The weather does not matter. This place has lots of light and great views.

Spectacular views of the working waterfront in Portland. Nicely equipped apartment with convenient parking and easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. Make sure you have breakfast or lunch down the street at Becky’s Diner - a classic!

Ideal location for our stay in Portland. Easy walk to great restaurants, breweries and the ferry to Peak's Island. Very clean! Comfortable beds and gorgeous views from both the roof and deck off the living area. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and place!! Shower and toilet in room not practical at all! Elevation noise during week is a problem! We lived our stay

The location and parking were perfect! Close to so many restaurants and in a really safe area! Scott was immediate to answer Any questions I had and everything we needed was there! The beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure was amazing and the view was so pretty and ever-changing with all the boats coming in and out, very cozy and comfortable as a few days rained and we were lucky to just sit there and read and look at the view. We will definitely choose this property every time, as we love Portland and the food scene there!

We came for the eclipse and watching from rooftop deck was awesome. The view of the wharf is so amazing. There are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance

Stunning views, great linens, comfortable in every way. Sitting and looking out at the harbor whether raining with the fireplace on or watching ships come thru in beautiful weather, we felt so special. Beds delightful, kitchen appointed with all necessities, and located in easy walking distance for those who like to walk. We can’t wait to return.

What an amazing property! The location is superb with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops and all other fun activities. The only dilemma you will have is to go out or enjoy the view from your living room or balcony.

This was the perfect location for our quick Portland getaway. The apartment is in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants and has stunning views for when you just want to relax. We’re already talking about booking our next stay!

We're moving to Portland from out of state and needed a homebase for a week to meet with realtors. Everything about The Henry was perfect: location, amenities, communication. In fact, we booked it again for a second week next month. If it's available and you want Portland, grab it.

perfect spot for us to stay for a few days. location is excellent and host is a terrific communicator

I'm not sure you can find a better place to stay if your goal is to see the downtown Portland area / Old Port. The unit is exactly like the pictures and description, which is spot on. Incredible views, perfectly maintained, extremely clean, and well appointed. We felt completely at home during our stay. We had zero issues but the owner Scott is a only a text or call away and responded immediately to our text letting him know we had checked in/out. Old Port was everything we had hoped it would be, and there is zero need to rent a vehicle while staying at this location. You can walk the entire city. We will definitely be back and would book this exact unit or the Cornelia (same owner) again.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this place, and there is nowhere else I will stay in Portland. We brought out friends this time around, and they loved it. The only thing I can say is there wasn't a hairdryer this time, but that was no big deal. I'm just letting you guys know. You can't go wrong booking this place!

Perfect getaway. Beautiful property with amazing views in the heart of Old Port. Highly recommend.

The Henry property wowed us online, but still managed to exceed expectations in person. It was meticulously clean and well laid out - it worked out perfectly for our family of four. We had walking access to everything, and many excursions to more rural Maine were less than 30 minutes away. Scott was a perfect host and super communicative. Perfect getaway home.

We enjoyed a very nice stay in Portland, near the piers and Old Port. We were welcomed with and are grateful for a very nice gift bag of chocolate, shortbread, tea and coffee. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Spotless, well equipped, great location, great communication with host. And the view was awesome. The place had everything we would want.

This is our third year visiting Portland, and our first in the Henry apartment (previously we stayed in Scott & Karen’s apartments on the other side of commercial street, which are also excellent). The Henry has a stunning view of the Harbor and the apartment is dreamy—equipped with everything you need, so clean, comfortable beds, etc. Scott & Karen are attentive hosts, and we had a fabulous time!

This place was everything advertised and more! The host spared no expense in every detail! We ride around the area but ended up right back because of all of the fabulous restaurants within walking distance!

The apartment is beautiful, with exceptional views over the bay, and perfectly located to stroll around Portland from. Strongly recommend coffee from Speckled Ax and drinks at the bar at DiMillo’s.

This place is stunning, easy, and big! My daughter and prospective son-in-law stayed there for a couple nights, then she was joined by friends on the night before the wedding. On the day of the wedding we got permission to have the bridesmaids plus hair and makeup people join us there. It was perfect!! Thank you, Scott and Karen!

We were in Portland for a wedding. The Henry penthouse exceeded our expectations. The unit was even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The views are amazing! Parking space included was a plus. One BR has black-out curtains, but the skylight has no shade and the light is aimed towards the bed. The other bedroom also has a skylight and has sheer curtains on the window. I wore eyeshades and slept well, but the others in our group commented that the light woke them up early. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!
