Need even more space? Units 1-3 feature retractable walls for seamless indoor-outdoor living and combine your downstairs areas.
4. Unique Experiences: Enjoy our 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor roofdeck with breathtaking downtown views, and a garden space with yard games and bar-style TVs for sports. Each unit is equipped with an iPad for wireless music control, setting the perfect atmosphere for your gathering.
5. Legal Advantage: We hold a hotel operating license, allowing us to accommodate more than 10 guests, unlike typical short-term rentals. We proudly offer the ONLY legal venue in Austin for hosting larger groups.

Maximum Capacity: Up to 46 guests with a mix of 26 beds (10 queens, 10 fulls, and 6 rollaway singles).
Private Pool Access: Reserve the pool for a 3-hour slot each day of your stay.
Parking: Limited on-site parking (3 spots) with additional metered street parking nearby.
