Hygiëne was goed en zeer comfortabel in een prachtige, rustgevende locatie
Alles beviel goed, alleen jammer dat er geen 2e wc was op de begane grond

Drainage in shower cubicle was poor. Bathroom could get flooded if not careful

The location was on a small farm 10 minutes drive from Winchester, which is what we wanted. It is a quiet and pretty location,. It requires a car (which we had) to get into town and see the surrounding countryside. There is a nice pub within walking distance. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen/dining room are very spacious with nice views from the windows. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped with tea/ coffee biscuits provided. And there is a washer/dryer which is great for travellers. Parking not a problem. The apartment is a duplex with the hosts living next door. They were friendly and helpful.
The leather lounge in the TV room was old and has lost its firmness and needs to be replaced. Likewise the leather chairs in the dining room were saggy. The outdoor seating area could also do with a makeover.

The location was amazing. It was so peaceful after a day out to sit on the patio at the back and watch the sun go down.
There were no instructions for the appliances.

Beautiful location and views. Lovely house with good amenities. We really appreciated being left tea/coffee and cooking oil etc. So generous.

No breakfast included. Well equipped. Location was convenient for us and for access to Winchester. Beautiful spot.
The bathroom - the shower flooded very easily as it did not drain quickly and the fan could not deal with the steam/condensation. There was a leak through the light fitment into the kitchen below. There was an easy access, unlocked cupboard in the living room which housed all the central heating equipment - very unsafe for small children.
No sign of the owner throughout our stay.

Fabulous rural location but only a few miles from Winchester. Well equipped kitchen. Very warm and cosy. The Plough pub was very nearby and was excellent.
We moved a bedside table and lamp into the twin room as there wasn't one, but that's a very small detail in what was a lovely place.

We loved the house and everything in it was perfect. Just needs heating sorted.
Far too cold. Heating didn't come on at all the first day. And my elderly mother was really cold and struggled to warm up. However it is particularly cold atm.

The location was beautiful in a quiet part of the countryside with stunning sceneries. The house was modern with all the needed appliances in the kitchen and well maintained.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the heating. There appeared to be no controls at the property to enable us to control the heating. When we arrived the house was freezing and it wasn`t until we contacted the owner, did the heating come on. Again the following day after we had been out all day, the house was freezing and the heating didn't kick in until we contacted the owner again. The sundries in the kitchen were at a bare minimum. There were 3 guests, so we had 3 teabags and three small capsules of uht milk!! A few more sundries and perhaps some information left on where to visit and things to do on your visit would have made the property a little more welcoming.

So kind people. They helped us with every question we had within a few minutes.
The property is very pretty and quiet, with lots of green and horses around.
Great place just to walk around and enjoy nature, minutes from Winchester.
Couldn't figure out how the heating system works.
Sometimes it did and sometimes it didn't - but we weren't at a very cold days

The location was lovely, so quiet. The property was spacious and comfy and the hosts very considerate providing a coffee machine with pods and all washing up stuff and a bottle of wine on the Saturday night! We saw bunny rabbits, horses, squirrels and bats! Pub very close by as well.
The owners have a large boxer dog, it was not mentioned on the booking details and we have a 5 and half year old with us. The owners were very considerate and kept it out of the way after the only meeting but maybe mention this to them on booking if you have a child that does not like dogs.

Amazing spot right out in the countryside. Really great for families with kids. Would stay there again as very convenient for Winchester and surrounding area. Loved seeing all the horses!

Exceptional. clean and peaceful location. Enjoyed the extra space the property has outside. Though it feels remote it is less than 10 minute drive to aldi & waitrose. Looking out onto acres of grass and horses to the front and a nice garden to the rear with rabbits playing. Well equipped modern kitchen complete with oven/dishwasher/fridge freezer/washing machine & even a coffee making machine. Comfortable beds and a great shower in the bathroom (though no bath)
wonderful stay would highly recommend. Only improvement I would suggest is some oven gloves as was a bit perilous with the tea towel

Beautiful property very well equipped including an Nespresso machine & pods. Idyllic rural setting. Plenty of space. Entrance details clear & provided in advance. Lovely to wake up to the peace & quiet see the horses outside & families of wild rabbits playing .
We had asked a question when booking about family visiting us at the property which was not answered. No communication with owner & not met during stay so could not rate.

Beautiful setting, enjoyed watching the bunnies in the back field. Everything nicely decorated. Well equipped and comfortable. Well located for Winchester and surrounding areas if you're travelling by car. Easy parking. Hosts very responsive when we needed something.
Generally clean but quite a bit of mould in the shower. Mattress in the main bedroom is very soft.
