Nice updated home, hot tub worked (it was a little low), fire pit was a nice touch! Good location, not too far from the beach access. Tons of sand toys/beach equipment that was very much appreciated. The house was stocked well with cooking appliances and enough towels/blankets. We stayed here with our 4 kids and it worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, sweet layout, well maintained and loaded with all the things from the home kitchen.. we love to cook.. easy walk to the beach.

already did this. Initial stay was was very bad. Mgr. did not contact us until second day to help with some of the items that were unacceptable. We strongly believe we deserve 1 night stay credit. Call to discuss further 505 9340714

The hot tub was gross and the owner just ghosted me when I asked if he could get it cleaned. There was no hammock like in the listing and there was dog hair all over the dishes and kitchen. I liked the location a lot and the fact that it had a fire pit but pretty disappointed in the cleanliness and the lack of communication from the owner.

Overall it was a nice house. Definitely don’t need the heaters turned on in June.
Some negatives about the property: all window screens are damaged and let in bugs when left open, the ceiling fan is tilted/unscrewing and only turns on full blast. There’s something needed in the cleaning, however, because there was dust and sand everywhere under the furniture. The one provided small fan was coated in debris on the back.
Some positives: the beds are ok, upstairs is nicely set up, and we appreciated the night lights. The location was about 10 minutes walking from a beach access, and the neighborhood was quiet.
I think we’d stay here again, but with some improvements first.

Cozy house, near a lake and close to the beach. Hot tub was nice and the fire pit outside was a nice extra. Tons of sleeping options which was great.

Great location. Right near the beach. Good size kitchen. Lots of sleeping areas, but most is upstairs in a kids loft. The hot tub was dirty, slimy and had a ring around the tub. Backyard was fun with a fire pit. Couldn't make the record player work, the needle doesn't make contact.

Very cute property with a nice hot tub. The layout was well to suited to a mother/daughter weekend for a small group. The neighborhood you walk through to get to the beach is peaceful and nice, and the dunes and beach in that area are some of my favorite on the coast. We didn't have any interaction with the owners or rental service to review because there was no need. There were no issues at all and the stay was great.

Lovely house. Nicely decorated. The hot tub was great! Also the bed in the main floor bedroom was absolutely the best I've ever slept in while on vacation. Super soft, so comfortable!!

We really enjoyed our stay and this house! Hot tub was great! Everything you need and more in the kitchen and very clean! Only a few blocks from beach access was also great. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Was a perfect ladies weekend. Comfortable beds, lovely hot tub, easy to use kitchen. There was no salt and pepper or spices of any kind, so be sure to bring your own, but lovely all around

We really loved our stay here. Lots of little details that were nice to have. Pretty much anything we wished we had in the kitchen was there. Great location. Quick walk to the beach.
My onnnnly complaint is that the hot tub was kind of a pain to deal with due to a tie down on the cover. And it was not very hot or adjustable 🤷🏻♂️
Over all great experience and would stay again.

Love the location (4 blocks from Nedonaa Beach), but the cleaning service leaves something to be desired. Upon check-in, the bedding, floors, and surfaces were clean, but some dishes were not fully cleaned, and there were some minor scuffs and damages. The kitchen is wonderful, but the wooden countertop needs to be resealed. The area around the sink sucks up moisture, and may need to be replaced soon. The sink in the downstairs bathroom needs to be snaked - it took a while for the water to drain simply from brushing teeth.
All in all, a lovely, peaceful beach retreat! The house just needs some maintenance that one would usually do while living in it full time. Makes sense that it's not done in a rental.

Loved the hot tub! Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, but lacking a few items that would have been helpful (coffee filters, foil wrap, plastic wrap, zip loc baggies, etc.) Instructions for electronics (stereo, TV) would have also made things easier. Mostly clean. Nice open space, but modern furniture was not particularly cozy or comfortable. Not at all happy with the late check in (4:00 pm) and early check out times (10:00 am). Not sure why Vacasa has adopted this policy.

We enjoyed our stay, lots of room, quiet location, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds. Loved the firepit. A few things on the downside: terrible internet (TV), broken camp chairs, dirty glasses. The hot tub isn't in the best shape

This house is in great shape and well appointed. Plenty of beach towels and things for the kids. Kitchen has all of the essentials and then some. The hot tub was perfect for cool mornings and evenings. The record player and weird albums was just an added perk.
Not much downside. There was a faint dog smell on the furniture, which is expected I suppose for a house that allows pets. The upstairs smart TV was very difficult to operate. Maybe something was broken? Maybe we just couldn't figure it out.
All in all, 5 stars for sure and we will try to come back.

Beautiful home. Great beach right down the road, and easy access to all the best spots on the North Oregon Coast.

This spacious house is wonderful for a family gathering. Being so close to the beach and having the use of beach chairs, games and a wagon made it even easier!

Cute and cozy
Cozy coast was a perfect little getaway for the six of us girls on our trip. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations and space. The house was very open And had excellent natural light, And the beach was less than a 10 minute walk! The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for nights that we stayed in.
I would say the only negative part of this experience that we had was not being able to directly talk to a host of the home. When we first got there, we were unable to figure out how to operate the showers. Instead of pulling the pin up to get the water to run through the showerhead, you pull the Faucet spout down! We spent about an hour trying to figure it out and we even called the Vacasa support line. The gentleman that we had talk to was very nice but Had no idea how to help us. Good thing for YouTube!

Nice layout, comfy beds, good hangout spots on front and back deck, birds singing in the morning, waves crashing in the distance...all features added up to a peaceful 2 weeks at the coast.
Note to property owner: the nails that are sticking out of the lattice work on the back deck are a hazard and a liability and will probably result in injury to small children who get too close to that area. Broken fence and non-functioning outdoor lights...looks like work on these items have been deferred. Lastly, instructions indicate maintenance of the hot tub filter by adding a certain solution, but there was none provided so the filter was not treated as requested.

Loved this house
This was perfect for my family and allowed us to take a break close to the beach in such a wonderful setting. The fire pit and the stars alone were worth it. Kids loved the beds and felt like they had their own area. Already recommended to friends

Nice house
Relaxing open living space with nice seating and comfortable beds. Will definitely consider for future trips!
Please replace some of the silverware though. Well stocked on forks, but missing all but a few knives and spoons. Thanks!

Overall great!
The house was very cute and spacious as well as pleasantly semi-modern for a beach town. We ended up bringing the roll out foam mattress topper (in downstairs closet) into the big room upstairs so all of us girls could have a slumber party which was a blast. The hot tub worked great and was just as expected so that was a plus too. The kitchen was nice and roomy for cooking our group meals with a big countertop. The only complaint I have for the stay would be that the smart TV wasn’t working. We ended up trouble shooting every little thing and then called the help number through vacasa who said they would have their local maintenance guy call us within a 5-30 minute window and that never happened. We called Friday night and never received any follow up or help (we left Sunday morning) so we went without a tv for the weekend which was a bummer for movie nights:/ But if that issue were fixed this would be a five star review.

Nice place in Nedonna Beach
Nice vacation rental with just about everything you need. Things we liked - very short distance to bring stuff into the house from car. You could back up to the garage door and bring stuff in very easily. Nice TV set up. Plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. Kitchen had just about everything you needed to prepare food. Hot tub short distance from back door and completely private. Couple suggestions for improvement - hot tub temperature way down when we arrived. Thankfully you responded very quickly to my texts and your maintenance guy Geoff told me over the phone how to get the temperature up, and his instructions worked. TV set up had no instructions for how to watch Netflix or streaming TV service. Luckily by trial and error, I figured it out. When we arrived we had the lockbox code for the key but there were 2 lockboxes. For a while, I could not get the code to work on either one but it finally worked on the lower white Kidde lockbox. When we left I tried to open it to put the key back in but after 7 attempts I could not get it to open. Very glad this didn't happen the night we arrived or it would have been very frustrating to wait for who knows how long for someone to show up to open the door. Upon arrival and checking the dishwasher, we noticed lots of food particles in the bottom of the dishwasher. Unsure of how to resolve this issue, we simply washed the dishes by hand. Finally a very minor thing but in the silverware, the only spoons were very large and not really what you would use when stirring a cup of coffee, etc. Some normal sized spoons would be nice. In spite of a few negative issues, I would not hesitate to stay at Cozy Coast in the future. It would work great for bringing one of our daughters and 4 grandkids. Vacasa was VERY good at responding to my texts when I had a concern. Every time, they responded withing minutes. Good customer service! We are veterans of staying at rental places in Rockaway and Nedonna Beach. Since 2004, this was the 6th different place we have stayed at. Driving around Nedonna Beach, we noticed a few of our former rentals are also managed by Vacasa.

Sisters Memory & Goodbye Weekend
It was the first time in 6 years we were all in the same state to say goodbye to our mother. We had a wonderful time remembering, laughing and sharing. The area was one of our mothers favorite places to visit. The property allowed for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. We had a few hiccups, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the property. Couldn't find any dish washing soap, so we just hand washed and just had to run spin cycle an extra time when running a load of clothes. We were sorry we were so busy we did not have time to try out the hot tub.

Spacious and close to the beach
We enjoyed our time at this house. We loved having access to a wagon and beach toys to haul a toddler and infant to the beach. Having the kids room tucked up and away from the living space is great. However, I booked this house because it had bathtubs (because of the aforementioned toddler and infant). Neither tub had a working stopper! We made do using a sippy cup turned over but it was less than ideal. Also, we reset the router but were never successful in getting the internet to work. Not a huge deal for us but worth noting!

Good Family stay
We had a very good stay. Our only complain would be that the upstairs shower was not working properly and you could tell that some rugs and towels had pets hair. Kitchen had everything you needed, beds were ok.

Perfect Bachelorette Gathering
Our group of ladies had a perfect beach weekend celebrating the bride. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and packed with amenities. Short walk to the beach and close to other beach town attractions like delicious seafood and kayaking on the bay. Couldn’t have been happier with our rental choice!
