Familiar with the area. Good location for traveling ip and down the coast.

The only complaint I have about this place is the upstairs bathroom sink and the kitchen sink clogged up. Otherwise, all was great!! Spacious and comfortable and a great location.

We enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is within a short walk to the beach, walkable to restaurants and shops. Lots of games available for bad weather.
Main issue with the house was the organization. There are 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs bedrooms. The back door opens directly into the downstairs bedroom, which is the closest route to the beach. Unfortunately, there is good place to wash off sand outside the house, and no washing station at the closest public beach entrance, so you end up tracking sand into that bedroom to reach the adjacent bathroom. Downstairs bedroom doesn't have a closet, so limited space to put clothes other than some hooks on the wall.
Upstairs closet door was off the rail. There was only one washcloth in the entire rental. In the kitchen, the provided dish-drain rack does not drain into the sink because of the lip on the sink, so water collects.
Overall, the house could use a bit more attention, but we liked the proximity to the beach.

We stayed in the house while we were in town at the tillamook county fair. Loved the location of the home and the selection of cookware

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! This was our first visit to the Oregon coast and the entire time I was wishing for the next visit to come already. The house was perfect, plenty of space even though the house looks small on the outside. The bedrooms were great and we would recommend this spot to anyone!

Over all, we would stay there again. Just a couple issues. Back door was through the 3rd bedroom. It presented certain problems for us but might not for another group. Coffee maker had a broken rim and didn’t pour right unless top was removed. The beach is so close and just the quaintest little Oregon town.

Had a lovely weekend roaming through shops, eating, and attending a jazz concert at Nehalem Bay Winery -

Overall great stay. The house had everything we needed, the check-in was easy, and it was only a 2 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We visited over Thanksgiving weekend. It was an excellent home for our family with our two sons, their wives and grandchildren (2.) The home easily accommodated the extended family and the little kiddos. The location to the beach was perfect. Easy two block walk to beach access. The beach is sandy and at low tide, lots of treasures to be found. We didn't know about the town Christmas festivities so that was an unexpected treat.
Definitely would return and recommend this home for anyone looking to have a place to celebrate or gather with adult children and grandkids.

The house was comfortable & well-furnished - except for lack of dishwasher. And why is the DVD player in a bedroom? But overall, the house is within walking distance of nearly everything, & was equipped with everything we needed.

We had a great time. Accommodations met our expectations. Little better description of the bedroom layout would be helpful but would not have impacted our stay. Downstairs bedroom directly off the back door and not necessarily a private bedroom with bathroom (which is what I expected from the pics and description). The home was comfortably furnished and had many kitchen appliances/pots and pans/popcorn popper/utensils needed. Barberque was nice with additional propane supplied. There is no dishwasher and no dish soap supplied in the unit. A quick fix and could use a few more dish towels to keep up with dishes. All in all, it was a nice little house in a great location (short walk to beach). Value was good, but we booked late and price was below average listed. Many other attributes include games for the kids and many movies provided. Bedding and beds were clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great experience on the coast.

We had a great reunion with my daughter and her friend at this great location. The home is equipped with all the necessities including a full-sized washer and dryer.
I appreciate the dog-friendly environment as my Frenchie goes all places with us.
I will book this location again

This was a fun family vacation with 4 of us. The house is close to the beach, which is nice. The wall paint colors in the house are nice and the overall cottage feel was great. Beds were comfortable and the layout good for a family. Our main issue was that the white cloth couch cover is horribly stained and three of the stains looked like blood. It needs to be taken off and soaked in bleach - none of us would sit on it. Pillows in upstairs closet need to be thrown away as they have yellow and brown stains all over them. One of the cloth blinds downstairs is stained badly and another has been ripped in half and taped back together. Since the house has no dishwasher (not a problem, I don't mind hand-washing dishes) it would be nice to have some kitchen towels / washcloths. These are all simple fixes and could make the stay much nicer overall. Cute town and great restaurants! Try El Trio Loco!

Nice House
We arrived to a clean comfy house. Close to the road so some road noise but not bad. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and whatnot to cook. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
