Great stay

Lovely setting....very picturesque...ideal location...close to the town centre...had a lovely meal in the restaurant....quiet and very calming....breakfast was lovely and fresh.... definitely stop here again.

It's a four star hotel....my only problem was with the toilet ....we were in room number 1 and the toilet handle was very weird, you had to practically turn it all the way round and put it back again as if you didn't it would continually flush.

Prima locatie voor overnachting.

Heel rustig hotel met zeer comfortabele kamer en goede parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein. Restaurant was rustig maar het eten was prima. Gratis wifi in het hotel is prima.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Unnecessary extra charges

Lovely hotel, great staff who were all very welcoming and friendly. Small but comfortable room (room 20)

Vegetarian breakfast choice was very limited. The £75 refundable charge seems excessive and unnecessary as does having to pay £5 for parking.

Best stay ever, amazing property and superb staff.

This is by far one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The property is fabulous, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Attention to detail is simply amazing.

A night in Stratford upon Avon

The ambiance was very good. There was plenty of space in the room. The bed was very comfortable as well. Staff attentive to our needs.

We felt the food menus were a bit limited in choice however the food was of a good standard. The breakfast menus need to be looked at, as other establishments we stayed at offered both hot & cold breakfasts with many varieties of choice.

Everything. We will almost certainly return next time we need to stay overnight in Stratford.

The only very slight improvement that could be made concerned the tea/coffee making provision in our room.In hotels of this quality there is usually a more generous supply of consumables with nicer biscuits and sometimes even ‘proper’ coffee(as well as instant) and hot chocolate.

Great weekend away.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was really very good. With the evening meal having plenty of choice. It made change to have breakfast served to you rather than it being a buffet.

I couldn’t fault the hotel in anyway.

The property was lovely and nice and clean lady on the deck ( Minty) was so lovely and friendly at all times she is a diamond.

there wasn’t anytime we didn’t like about the property but I did think for what price we paid £178 for one night the room was a little small. but it was still a nice clean room. and the bed was amazing.

paying for the car park and we found the drinks very expensive hotel are missing a trick , we went out for food and drinks but if the hotel prices weren’t so dear we would if spent the night in the hotel
