Relaxed atmosphere, would stay here again

Liked the location, polite and friendly hotel staff, lovely relaxing bar area, enjoyed the breakfast and probably most importantly felt comfortable staying there.

Lovely two nights/ days. Here for a Wedding. Staff sorted taxis for us

Good location near to all the shops. Few minutes walk to the River Avon, Theatres, Entertainment. Lovely and clean, very comfortable rooms. We had accessible room which had a lovely large bathroom.Staff were very helpful. Great food too.

Fantastic! Will definitely stay again when in Stratford.

Location was ideal, right in the hear of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and professional, the rooms comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great.

Most enjoyable

The room was very good, breakfast was very good too and the staff very friendly.

The door glass to our bathroom was not very clean. The bed valance was not clean either. The shower head leaked when someone above had a shower!!! came round the edge of the shower head.

An historic and service oriented hotel/pub experience!

Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast. This is the ideal stay in an old hotel with a pub ! Our breakfast service was amazing and Thomas, our waiter was the best!

Perfect stay

The staff efficient and charming. The bed was comfortable and the room spotless. The hotel was full of character as you’d expect. The food was delicious and well presented.

Impeccable service, and exceeded expectations

Central location made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions, our room was meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, friendly reception and every member of the team went above and beyond to made our stay memorable.

Quality stay, would stay there again, but rather expensive.

Lovely property in an excellent location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom window had a very thin blind and the bathroom/bedroom door was glass so very light very early in the morning which affected our sleep. Quite pricey, and has various price tariffs for drinks which can be very expensive.

Location Beautifully kept building

Couldn't work out how to stop the fan from making a noise. Thought it was the bathroom vent. Turned out to be the AC. Be good to have instruction/info pack available in the room

Great location and feel, loved the original building.

The comfort room was spacious, liked the tea and coffee facility.. Breakfast was great, in the little pub area. Secure, walls are thin but we managed.

Some of the furnishings in the bathroom need to just be updated.. Broken handles in the sink.. Floors needed a little extra clean.. Room 206.

Highly recommend hotel for a trip to Stratford.

Excellent bedroom with well equipped bathroom. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great position for walking around the sights of Stratford.

Expensive parking. Breakfast on day 2 not as good as day 1 and no smoked salmon on either day.

Love the hotel.. all the staff so pleasant and friendly.. lovely breakfasts..

Loved the size of room.. plenty of drawer and wardrobe space..lovely big bathroom ..

Shame the lift was out of order, but couldn’t be helped, these things happen, a lovely member of staff helped us downstairs with luggage..

We loved it.

The character of our room was fabulous. The whole hotel looked good but we still felt relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was great and dinner in the restaurant even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Stratford

We booked the lowest priced room but it was still exceptional. The pictures do not show the ancient beams and character windows, or the fabulous bathroom - best hotel shower I've ever experienced. We thought we were booking a "pub with rooms", but this is a fantastic hotel with a lovely historical pub attached. Of the 6 pubs and b&b's we stayed in over our 10 day break the White Swan was by no means the most expensive but was absolutely the best. Also, great location, fantastic breakfast.

A perfect mini break!

The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Our bathroom had a luxurious, deep bath and a super powerful shower. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with great choices of buffet and hot food options. My old school friend and I met up here as an equidistant location and we would definitely come back to The White Swan as it was spot on.

Double bedroom but only had one table and light at one side not good when a couple may want to read or have a drink at the side of thee bed needs to be rethought would not have this room again. .
