Great view and location. Issues with the flat. Might consider staying again. Price is too high.

View and location were perfect. Internal design was great with unobstricted views through massive windows across the flat. Clever design of kitchen/living area makes the flat minimalistic enough for a relaxed stay.

Building is very old. Toilet smell due to sewer was unbearable and had to keep toilet door closed at all times. When entering it would be very difficult to stay long. The other issue is the number of stairs to reach the flat and no elevator is available. Traveling with my wife and <1yo child was difficult due to carrying a large number of things up the stairs. This became more difficult due to the lack of access to the common area/parking of the complex and the car had to be parked further away. The above issues seem more significant considering the price paid for the flat.

Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay enhanced by the apartments location

The view is outstanding and the proximity to the harbour is yards away. The windows in the lounge and master bedroom fully fold back so you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and literally hear the sea. Space is good and the apartment presents well. The beds were very comfortable. Ample wardrobe and storage space. Lovely tiled flooring throughout. Beautiful wood kitchen with integrated appliances.

Access to apartment via a service yard which services shops and restaurants for storage and refuse. Lack of dishwasher and coffee maker. Large crack across the full width of the shower screen. Caulking sealant required around air conditioning unit - small amount of finishing off/refurbishment would improve the apartment’s presentation.

location and service was good company was very interested there were many useful items fork, knife, spoon, kettle, toaster it would be good if there were plates and pans.

Great apartment with a great view, but annoying to wait for water to warm up.

Location was great, apartment was nice, the heaters took a bit long to warm up and same with the water at time.

The only thing was the waiting for the water to heat up, everything else was great.

you’d love the harbour views from your bed!

great views from the bed, excellent location, loads of places to eat/drink just downstairs of the property

a bit tricky to find the property at the beginning, although good instructions were provided. the entrance was at some back entrance, but it’s safe.

Location right in heart of Kato Pafos and 20 mins from airport. Coral bay short bus ride away. Spacious, light, well equipped with great views, couldn't fault property once inside

As mentioned in other reviews the communal entrance stairs lets property down

Relaxing getaway..perfect apartment..highly recommend

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views, extremely quiet, spacious, all amenities you would need. Perfect location. Our host made very good contact through the whole booking details..to when we arrived. Gave us details for our transfer by rental car to the accomodation made it very easy to find.

Nothing it was wonderful.

Doesn't worth the money paid. So many better alternatives

Location is near the beach

Entrance to the apartment is from a very noisy parking lot. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Very low water pressure in the shower. curtains were not sealed, so light enter the room in the morning.

Dirty and very used apartment.

apartment doe not look so good as in pictures and needs new furniture. Couch looks awful and there was some damage on the walls. A-lot of small thing has to be fixed. I would not recommend this place for stay.

Amazing view and location, well equipped, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location and the view. Tha appartment is well equipped (it you want to cook) and cosy. It is definitively big enough for 4 people, kids friendly.

As other people already mentioned in their reviews, the entrance is not amazing but to be honest - we did not mind as you forget about it once you enter this amazing apartment :)

Fab location and views

Once we opened the door it was fabulous. Spacious apartment clean and modern with the most fantastic view great facilities and comfortable . Would stay here again Once past the awful outside there is a beautiful apartment.

The entrance was disgusting and most off putting . It was dirty on the stairs up to the apartment with cigarette buts and rubbish on them paint and plaster flaking off in chunks. No lighting till late on the stairs which made it dangerous going out in the evening as dark at 5pm building work starting at 6am each morning next to the apartment, extractor fans rattling through the apartment from 9am to midnight from business below. Expected a cleaner to call whilst we were there to at least change towels and general light cleaning.

Location by the harbour was fantastic Bedrooms were a decent size and comfortable Bathroom was modern and clean Good selection of amenities provideed

The apartment building in which the flat was located and area surrounding the flat were absolutely filthy Also 2 flights of stairs to get to the flat - no issue for my family but should someone have mobility issues this will be an issue Noise pollution from outside is an issue and minimal soundproofing in the apartment

The entrance to the place. Does not do it justice. Shame about it actually. Could arrange at least to have the staircase cleaned. Also missing coffee cups or we could not find them!

Stunning views

The apartment had stunning views, right on the harbour, really food standard of accommodation. Great location also.

We arrived late, it was very dark behind the apartment entrance so it made finding the apartment very difficult.

Location is great, view from the window is perfect. Apartment is clean and cozy. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

-However, we saw couple of cockroach, they doesn’t live in the apartment, but cockroaches come running from neighboring apartments or restaurant. -No elevator

Wonderful place

We spent a week in this apartment. Great contact with the property. Location is also ideal, next to the pedestrian zone. Many good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The window overlooking the sea. There was also air conditioning.

Amazing!

Very good location and the view is outstanding! Parking is very close and free . Also you have all the facilities you may need inside the apartment. the interior design is nice,we could do a self check in and we found the apartment very clean.

the only thing i didnt like is the entrance,its behind a restaurant...but the apartment is nice enough to make u forget about the entrance !
