No nonsense budget
No toilet brush in bathroom.
3.9
Nothing fancy just a great practical hotel.

Good location friendly staff
Very dated. Furniture really rough looking and shabby

Breakfast was amazing; buffet style, plenty of choice, perfect. Cafe/seating area was pleasant. Bed/bedding was very comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful
Would have liked a couple of drinking glasses for water, and hand towels. Not necessary to change towels on a daily basis, I could have used the same ones for 2 night stay. Maybe have a sign in room stating that towels will only be changed if required?

Location a bit far out of town, but easy to get to. Room very spacious and quiet. Friendly staff
Two of the bedroom side lights weren't working and maintenence came to late to fix it during our 2 night stay.

Good location. Staff were helpful when called upon to deal with disturbance from other guests
Paper thin walls... noise a real problem and disturbed sleep
3.9
Was close to food places so not a far walk, was quiet not to much disturbance.
Only problem was not being able to get a taxi from this location.

I like the fact the Ibis was situated amongst other establishments.
The hotel was quiet at night even though the car park was busy.
For my length of stay, nothing was disliked.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely

Staff were very friendly and helpful
Bathroom floor tiles very slippery even when dry and some cracked.

Round the corner from a family event - this place is tired - noisy even despite nobody around
Empty but even then - we were woken by other ‘guests or staff’ in early hours .. sink smelled bad … basic property
3.9
The staff were very helpful
The lounge carpet needed a good hoover. The bedrooms were lovely and clean but needed an upgrade
3.9
Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was good.
Good first impression, then plastic keys did not work on arrival - made about 15 attempts to get into our room and our colleague had same experience. Bed very uncomfortable which doesn't work with your check in and sleep motto. Keys not working actually caused us to arrive late to our meeting next day as colleague couldn't get back into his room after breakfast. Manager really helpful, but clearly over-stretched as he was cooking breakfasts as well as dealing with everything else!

Clean, organised, relaxed set up

The location
Noise was horrendous doors slamming at all hours walls were paper thin so very hard to sleep at all. I stay in budget hotels a lot so am used to a bit of noise but his was awful. Staff just said it’s noisy everywhere I’m afraid so don’t seem to care.
3.9
Rooms are very comfortable and the lounge area is an added bonus. Breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful.
The hotel needs refurbishing as it needs some updating.
