The location was superb and convenient for seeing our friends in the area..
Offer of a discount for a local attraction was offered but took a lot of phone calls to deliver the result. The guy behind the desk had to do quite a bit of phoning to make it happen but we were grateful for his efforts..
Breakfast slow and disappointing in terms of food and presentation.
Price for the room was high for a three start hotel and left us with the feeling that we had overpaid.

Comfortable room and bed .Beautiful views. Very good restaurant.
Toilet in en-suite not working very well. Also bath water took ages to drain away. Heating didn't appear to work.

Location of hotel is good for visiting local area.
The restaurant menu for evening meals was very limited and some items were really overpriced. It appears that it is not changed that often. If you wanted to eat elsewhere you would have to drive or get a taxi.if staying for more than ! night you may find it difficult to find something you liked.
This is a dog friendly hotel but I object to them being allowed in dining room.

Location, cleanliness
Staff rather unfriendly at breakfast
4.1
Good location. Quiet and relaxing.
The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived - the toilet had something unmentionable all over it. However when we spoke to the staff they sent someone to clean it promptly. Would've expected everything to be clean and hygienic at the start though.

Breakfast lovely, food lovely in general
The Sauvignon blanc is soooo expensive it’s overpriced really something around the £36 would be more reasonable. And also a steak option would be nice .

location, character, restaurant
would have liked a bath tub, bar a little chilly in the evening

Well located. Easy parking . Friendly staff.
Food...limited menu. Poorly cooked. Breakfast was ok. And a room without any view.

Location on the bank of the river is stunning. The room was in a modern block as all those in the original 'house' had been booked. There was an amazing buffet breakfast available and the hot options were well cooked and presented.
The HenryAdams wing room was adequate for our needs, but it was noisy at times. There were no instructions for using the coffee machine, but we got there in the end! A heavy kettle on the top of a high chest of drawers caused concern as I am not tall enough to reach it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The food is absolutely incredible and the signature collection is well worth the extra money.

interior decor was quirky and fun, the staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was great!
There were a lot of cobwebs in the room and lounge area and the bathroom needed a revamp

The location is absolutely beautiful, great for dog walking, the staff absolutely loved the dogs, and were all really lovely and friendly. Doggie welcome pack on arrival was a really nice touch.
Menu in Restaurant was very limited, and what was available was really expensive. Phone in room was covered in thick dust and tiles on bathroom floor were black.

Lovely comfortable hotel full of charm and style
although the hotel was warm, clean, comfortable and cosy. The ONLY negative, I had to send back the side salad with my evening meal as it tasted strange.

Great location. Most staff very polite and helpful. Room was lovely and well equipped.
Restaurant was expensive. Food was average. Main hotel needs some tlc.

The room and location were both excellent
The included breakfast was far too slow and the second breakfast took 1hr 40min and when it came my bun had been burnt...
