Lindos dias de descanso en Playa del Carmen

Cama muy comoda con ricas sabanas y almohadas. Pudimos descansar sin ruidos. La ubicacion es excelente frente al mar a una cuadra de la 5ta Avenida cerca de centro comercial y acceso facil a transporte. La habitación es espaciosa con sofa comodo, mesa con 2 sillas, balcon con vista al mar (a lo lejos), jacuzzi, caja fuerte, 2 lavamanos, buenas toallas, secador de pelo, bata de baño y pantuflas, mini refrigerador con agua, y refrescos. Buena playa a pasos de la piscina. Muchos toldos de madera con camastros...los 3 dias de playa conseguimos espacio. Desayuno variado en el restaurante spice. La tienda Pier 27 muy variada con piezas de calidad y a precios aceptables. Un lugar en el area del lobby era la cafeteria/pasteleria con un ambiente muy agradable donde podias tener acceso ilimitado a helados, ricos pasteles bite size, panes dulces, cafes, tes, agua, Las hamburguesas del room service estaban muy ricas. Mi esposa tenia opciones de platos calientes con vegetales (aparte de ensaladas) en todos los restaurantes. El servicio del spa y los masajes estuvieron de altura dandonos una experiencia unica.

Hicimos chekc-in a las 11pm y la habitación que nos dieron tenia fuerte olor a humedad. Pedimos cambio y nos dieron otra que estaba mejor pero aún con un mínimo de olor a humedad. Este olor ya no estaba al dia siguiente. Como compensación adicional, nos dieron unos ricos macarrones y una botella de espumante. Hubo un dia que no fueron a limpiar la habitación pero teniamos toallas suficientes. La conexion de wifi en la playa podría mejorar ya que no era estable en su señal. Sería ideal tener un poco mas de opciones de carnes y pescados en los restaurantes.

Excelente. El Resort mejor ubicado en Playa del Carmen. La atención no tiene igual. Todos los colaboradores dedicados 100% a cada huesped.

El bar debe cerrar mas tarde :-) Pero esto impulsa el turismo local y visitar las tantas opciones de diversión super cerca del Resort

Staff great and friendly, the noisy was loud and the jacuzzi was dirty.

The rooms were nice and the staff was tremendously friendly and quick to help.

The jacuzzi in the bedrooms need to be clean more throughly. We used it once and some “hair” came out of the Jets. It was gross and we never used it again. The night entertainment was terrible and it was loud in our room because of the events outdoors and the noise from the lobby entertainment.

Best 4 days and a great vacation.

Excellent! Such a huge variety and the staff was outstanding at all the restaurants. Loved Asiana and Spice. The food by the pool was a big hit. The shows were good and we liked the inside bar with the swinging doors.

It would of been nice to have a larger beach area but you can’t control Mother Nature.

We had an amazing vacation for our 20 year anniversary trip!

Breakfast buffet at Spice was wonderful- the Eggs Benedict was PERFECT every morning!

The only thing that was a little annoying was the bathroom light that appeared to be on a 5-10 second timer. I’d be trying to do my makeup and would have to move around to tell the motion sensor Ed light that I was still there! Otherwise no complaints!

Clean, well-designed hotel with lots of staff. Wherever you are, you'll be offered drinks and there's plenty of food options with several restaurants and snack bars

Staff was consistently unfriendly, felt like they just want to get things done quickly. The food was mediocre (one evening we even booked an extra 200$ haute cuisine dinner and it was barely enjoyable, not exaggerating...). AC cools down all hotel areas like restaurants a lot (why travel to hot Mexico when it's cold everywhere??). No fresh juices, just syrup. Events are repetitive even after just a few days.

good location

have not stayed there since Hilton took over. Food in restaurants was less than average. best food was in the new pop ups. forcing guests into purchasing expensive cabanas on a daily basis an lack of chairs near pools was a completely different experience from previous visits. there was an incident with one of our family members where security had to remove a belligerent individual who had too much alcohol. he should NOT have been allowed in the general property but was back at it by the end of the next day. 2 star at best from a diamond Hilton member

Some very impressive dishes for an all inclusive resort, the cocktail bar is amazing and the staff at the restaurants go above and beyond..

Service was sub par, it was difficult to get service throughout the trip. I found myself tipping more than usual at resorts but you're better off going directly to the bar if you want a drink. Also older crowd at the resort, still amazing entertainment and very close to the main tourist district. So just get creative.
