Lovely room, delicious breakfast and very welcoming owners. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing.

Sally and Michael were excellent hosts and provided the perfect environment for us following a busy five weeks in the UK, Ireland and Sicily. Relaxing walks around the farm, interacting with their dogs and horses and being entertained at breakfast by a family of woodpeckers outside the dining room was just what we needed. Within easy driving distance to many historical sites including Battle and Hever Castle and Gardens.
The Middle House restaurant in nearby Mayfield was a particular dining highlight.
Our three day break was just what we needed.

Very friendly owners. Great breakfasts. Lovely rooms, clean and quaint.

The owners were friendly, very attentive to my needs and helpful with information as to where to eat out nearby as well as making themselves available by mobile phone if they were not at the property. It was good to be given key to the house to be able to come and go as I needed.
Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. It was lovely to have fresh fruit available.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
In my room there wasn't a shower I could stand up in because the en-suite had a sloping room. There was, however, a bath with a shower attachment/head over it.
Guest parking area was quite small but owners were helpful offering parking elsewhere if needed.

Little Tidebrook Farm near Wadhurst, East Sussex, is a hidden paradise that deserves every bit of praise. The hosts' hospitality is exceptional, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. The charmingly decorated rooms are cozy and immaculate, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. Waking up to the tranquil countryside and being treated to a fresh cooked breakfast made was simply delightful.

We received a very friendly welcome from Sally and Mike and were immediately made to feel at home. The accommodation was characterful, well maintained and very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and sitting with fellow guests at the large farmhouse table each morning was good fun. I would recommend staying here and would stay again if I was to revisit the area in the future.
There was nothing that we didn’t like. We had hoped to have a bath in our room as the photos on the website showed one. There was instead an excellent walk in shower. The site says either bath of shower so I know now in future to clarify this with the hosts before hand.

Breakfast was plentiful and appetising with much choice. The location was rural with narrow roads, but the bonus of beautiful countryside for walking and wild flowers and quiet.
Can’t think of anything could’ve been better

didn’t realise that that the accommodation had separate access. dining/sitting area. pleasantly surprised. home from home. ideal for the party travelling.

Third visit, Sally and Mike are lovely hosts. Very peaceful place, nice garden view from breakfast table. All we needed was there.
Nothing to complain!

Nice and quiet place to stay

When we arrived we got a warm welcome. The owners were also very flexible towards arriving on a later time. Breakfast was plentiful and really good. The B&B is located in a lovely area. Beautiful for walking and exploring the neighbouring towns.
The room we had was less comfortable for us as we are pretty big (both 1m85) and the ensuite bathroom was located under a slanted roof. Which meant that we could only stand upright in the middle. The bed was too hard for our comfort.

Our stay was perfect, the location, cleanliness, the room was lovely and breakfast was amazing. It was everything we wanted and more. Sally and Mike were amazing hosts.and we can't wait to visit again next year.

Room was lovely, clean and very welcoming. Lovely location and hosts were very welcoming and served a wonderful breakfast. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a bed and breakfast in the area.

Breakfast was excellent offering both cooked and continental .
Access was on to quite dangerous country lane and overgrown foliage blocked the view of oncoming traffic and needs to be cut back .

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Very fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm, all beautifully cooked. The shower was hot and strong, easily adjustable, quite the best shower I've ever had.

the whole feel of the place, you knew it was a working farm, but you didn’t feel you’d be in the way. the hosts were welcoming, but never overbearing, and the place itself was a delight, highly recommended. and then there was the breakfast, oh my 👍😁

Very welcoming hosts. Clean and warm room. Huge bathroom with both bath and shower. Lovely fluffy towels and flannels. Lots of Tea/Coffee/fresh milk available and plenty of drinking water. We loved the lounge area with log burner, board games and books. Very appetising breakfast with fruit salad/cereal/Greek yogurt/toast/homemade marmalade and locally sourced items for the full breakfast. We really enjoyed watching the birds while we ate our breakfast and it was huge treat to see a Green Woodpecker.
Nothing!

We were grateful for your agreement that we could arrive a little early and, given the wintry weather outside, we much appreciated the log burner in the guest lounge. The breakfasts were excellent - particularly the bacon!

Super helpful owners who were always available. Lovely lounge area to relax in. Superb breakfast with amazing home made marmalade
Skylight windows are a little draughty in the rooms and the rooms could have been a little warmer but there had been a bad storm all day which was causing heating problems

The location is what I expected, the room was lively tasteful and very clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming that felt like visiting family. I recommend it and would stay there again
