Breakfast was excellent and generous. The waiter was very attentive. The dining room was very old, oak panelled and delightful. My room was delightfully quaint.
The shower in my room was stone cold on both days that I stayed. There was black mould in the shower.

Staff, particularly Helen (and Dolly the Cockapoo) were very welcoming. We had a bar meal in the evening which was great and had a good breakfast before departing for RHS Malvern. The hotel location is excellent, with 24hr parking a very short, level walk away (£7/24 hrs).
Could have done with a shower gel in the room, shampoo & conditioner, and lotion were provided. The room was clean and tidy, if you’re looking for immersive luxury this probably isn’t for you as the room is a tiny bit tired, but then the whole place is 400-500 years old, and steeped in history, so we can forgive a few bumps and scrapes.

A great way to get in touch with the past, the hotel is decorated in black and white revival style. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a cosy pub downstairs where we had a delicious dinner and dessert. A great breakfast is included (you can choose full English or other options). The location is perfect for exploring Ledbury and the Worcestershire National Beauty Area.
The soundproofing in these houses is not very good, so be prepared to hear the people in the pub downstairs as loudly as if they were in your vicinity.

I arrived on the busiest day of the year just before Christmas so there was a little wait before booking in, but the room was lovely and the breakfast superb. It met my needs wonderfully and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Nothing.

Fantastic breakfasts! Characterful rooms with very welcome fans( the weather was rather hot). Rooms in the annexe, so no road noise problems.

Bedroom was in the newer area of the Hotel, the room was large and nicely decorated. The bed was king size and comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely big walk in shower. Breakfast was very good, I would recommend the full English.

The hotel was very close to the centre of Ledbury. The room was good and the breakfasts were very filling.
There were a couple of things in the bathroom that needed repairing - the light over the sink wasn't working and the shower head fitting was broken so the shower head couldn't be kept in the fitting. When I asked someone about the light, he said that he was waiting on the bulbs arriving - in this day and age it doesn't take long for bulbs to arrive! Plus the window in the bathroom didn't close properly - this was fine in the summer but I can imagine it would be quite chilly in the winter.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Clean, spacious courtyard area with heaters - a real bonus for those of us who smoke!
The room was cold on arrival, but once we found how to use the panel heater it warmed up well. The bathroom, however was very cold. A heated towel rail was the only form of heating, but unfortunately we couldn't get it to work. Lastly, the loo didn't flush properly.
