Lovely stay with a restaurant that delivers good food
We stayed for 1 night at the Bedingfeld Arms, the accommodation is in the refurbished stable block and fully met our requirements. Nice comfortable beds ensured we had a good nights sleep for our travels next day. The pub enjoys very nice local beer and also in the restaurant you get really nice local home grown food, I particularly recommend the Venison and redcurrant suet pudding which was absolutely lovely, followed by the cheese board with all local Norfolk cheeses and a nice couple of pints of local ale and what more could you ask for a lovely evening. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast as we had an early start next day, but if we are ever in the area again we will be certain to try and stay here again. Thank you
The only thing I can possibly think of is the timing for breakfast, which starts at 8 am, maybe a sitting at 7am might be better but please do not let that deter you from staying here

Overall was a fine stay for us.
The room, the staff, the location, the facilities. And the food was delicious!❤️
The noise. Both when going to bed and in the morning, the staff were loud and noisy. All 5 rooms are in the back yard, and the staff needed to have access through there to their kitchen or pantry.

Pleasant and in a wonderful location. Very quiet and peaceful.
The starter I had as a snack was delicious and it was great to be able to sit out in the beautiful garden.
The bedside light was hopeless. you could barely see it was on. possibly put in the twin -bedded room as a night light for children, if so it should have been changed.

Great value stay at lovely country pub just next to Oxburgh Hall (NT
Lovely country pub. Breakfast was excellent and we got upgraded so the room was superb.
Nothing really, perhaps the bath plug needed mending, that's all

Had a nice stay made even better by good weather , the evening meal was very good and pleasant surroundings.
Main building was lovely , however we stayed in an annexe and it was in need of updating , bathroom shower area not too good.
Annexe shower room needed upgrading for the price we paid for the stay

Great Restaurant, quiet stay
Food amazing, very beautiful place to stay, nice and quiet. We were a little apprehensive staying at a pub but it was actually lovely, really enjoyed our stay!
Room was a little dusty around the picture frames. Pillows a little hard but otherwise no issues 😊
