Had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast, and I highly recommend for the excellent service.

The room was incredibly clean and well-decorated, and the breakfast was really excellent. I am even more impressed that Andrew built the home himself and cooks the breakfast as well, it is very clear that he cares deeply about his guests and he makes for an excellent host.

We liked it & have already recommended it to others & would consider re booking if we were in the area again.

Perfect location for our purposes. Our Host Andrew couldn’t do enough for you. We particularly liked the recreation facilities that were available. The the top floor guest loft lounge had magnificent views!

For us the bed was not hard enough as we suffer from back problems. We found the shower screen a little close to be able to access the shower easily and it could do with a hand rail (but we are both senior citizens & younger guests may not find these a problem?)

The host was very welcoming and attentive. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and our room was perfect. Welcome tray had tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The room was cosy and warm with stunning views of the field. We pre-ordered our cooked breakfast the night before, and this was freshly cooked for us and was extremely delicious. We had a 5 minute walk to a local pub called The Nags Head, which again was warm and cosy. The food was of a high standard at extremely reasonable prices. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. This B & B is highly recommended, so too is the pub. We would most definitely stay here again.

Andrew was such a welcoming host that it made the breakfast a very enjoyable experience. He also gave us advice as to where to go for the day. We were originally going to spend the day in Cambridge. He suggested Norwich, including giving us directions as to the best place to park. We had a most enjoyable day there instead.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Very high standard with the accommodation being akin to hotel quality. Scrupulously clean and comfy. Very good host who was happy to let us check in early and was readily available if you had any queries. Would highly recommend.

Lovely friendly and comfortable

Friendly, lovely comfortable place, rooms are great size and great quality. Breakfast provided was excellent, really cannot fault it in anyway.

Really enjoyed our stay

The shower was brilliant! Clean, spacious and well designed layout. The location was great and the host was very friendly. Great breakfast too!

The use of the upstairs lounge was very pleasant to relax when coming back at the end of the day. The basement lounge was comfortable for an evening film.

The bedroom was in the semi basement do there was only a small window. The room was still light though.

Perfection

Top notch in all areas. Highly recommend this B&B for business or leisure. No evening meal available but a short walk into East Harling for food. The Nags head is were I had Dinner and this was also top notch.

Breakfast OK, our fault when booking, wrong location

We have never been to a B&B when the host says do not use pillows on bed, they are for show,use wht pillows in wardrobe, shoes leave outside door, should have a shoe tray inside door; knocked on Guest door to say shut window as it's light rain , don't want rain coming in,as ur here for 3x days no towel change, towels smelt not fresh anyway, did not know when booking family home & rent out their rooms

Well worthy of the high ratings

Convenient for Snetterton race circuit, safe parking, very friendly and welcoming, suberb cooked breakfast

I was in a basement room which was my choosing as wanted to isolate and do dome work. It was a little noisy with people moving about upstairs
