Going on the state of the room we didn't risk trying the breakfast.
The room was falsely advertised. Hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It was filthy. Had to go out and bring bleach and wipes to clean it myself. One of the mattresses needed replacing. The list goes on. Very disappointed with the amount of money I paid for it.

We were moved at short notice to another hotel. Which we did not like anything about.
Decor, very run down, broken windows, blinds, no tea and coffee making facilities as advertised, further away from event we were attending. No towel change in 3 days. Door left open after bin being emptied. Everthing just really tired looking and damp smell on ground floor. Twin room at back of hotel when we booked and paid for a double room with seaview.

Staff were very helpful & very pleasant .entertainment was very good at night time.
Rooms are tiny & bathroom ,just enough room to get on the loo due to being right next to the shower. The lift is tiny & only fits 2 people at a time ,my partner has mobility problems & found the stairs challenging as there are stairs everywhere.

The breakfast was brilliant
The evening meal wasn't great

The location was great
Our room had a half drunk water bottle and tags off clothes on the bedside table from the previous guests. The shower wasn’t the cleanest and there were no towel rails to hang the towel when showering. Had to put the towel in the sink. The shelves in the bathroom were far too high to reach to put anything on. No clean glasses at the bar drinks served in plastic cups. Barman was quite abrupt. Missed entertainment on the first night as no one informed us we had to go to the first floor for it. We waited at the bar for it starting and by the time we found out from the lovely cleaner where it was there were no seats left. The hotel could have been more informative on arrival

Location is brilliant
We was ok but there are a lot of stairs ( lifts only take 2 people at a time )

Nothing not to like

It was very clean, food was excellent and evening entertainment was brilliant. We upgraded to all inclusive as it made sense as its a small fortune eating and drinking outside
I just think it needs a lot of work doing but that's nothing to do with the hotel as such it's down to Blackpool Promotions not spending money. Other than that it was a perfect weekend away

guys in reception were great on check in, very good communication and very easy to chat too. hotel had it all going on
room was tiny and the window in room was broken so didn’t lock and it had extremely easy access to get up to it. I would hate to be in there if I was a solo female

Cleanliness, the crushed velvet cushions on the bed smelt like sweat. There was dust/dirt coming from the ceiling when the upstairs room moved about. Mediocre level of cleanliness around the whole room.
The room did look more modern which is a positive and the location of the hotel is good: close to amenities and in walking distance of everything you go to visit in Blackpool and also close to free parking!
