Peaceful location, nice garden outside, good room

Even with extreme summer temperatures, cool room and courtyard in the schade.

Very nice and helpfull hotel employees!! The room had aircondition and was clean. The most popular tourist attractions are about 1 - 1,5 km. from the hotel, a fine walk along Arno River. The neighbourhood was quiet. Just across the street, is an open sky food court with a scene for music, stand-up etc. Different bus stops are within a 2-7 minute walk, and makes travelling around Firenze easy on hot summer days.
The hotel seems worn, and the breakfast is simple. But it’s clean and the food seems fresh!

Location, personnel, air conditioned room
Breakfast, the room not clean enough especially under the bed, i think a fridge nowadays should be a default service especially at summer.

Free breakfast, great price, nice walk by the river to get there
More breakfast selection

Polite staff, not bad breakfast and non smelly room.
Small size room with no heating Kettle. The bed was not comfortable and creat some noises with movement. No nearby markets and bus transportation is not far away.

Hotel & room was generally very clean. The hotel was in a very cosy and silence area of Florence. By walk , we were able to reach the center in 20 min which was very okay. We really enjoyed the fact that the river is just on the other side of the road after leaving the hotel, There are also some bars and cafe near the river close to the hotel where we enjoyed our drinks.
Breakfast could have been better , with slighly more variation of specially hot selections( sausages, scrambled eggs etc.)

The room was a good size and was clean. WiFi worked well.
Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.
Located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Florence.
The room was very basic and dated. Only 2 spare plug sockets, both located behind the TV.

Breakfast was good, internet was surprisingly good. It was close to conference centre. No outside noise. Nice warm shower. Porter friendly.
Room was boring, tv did not work, lots of mosquitos and no elevator. Needs an update.

The staff was friendly and I had a nice view ont a park and I could see a little bit of the river Arno
The room was rather small. I didn't like the location. I expected a hotel in walking distance from the ralway station, but I arrived in Santa Maria Novela, while this hotel is close to Station Campo Marte. So now I was far from the railway station and for from the centre of Florence. By the way, bus 14 goes to city centre

We enjoyed a nice Italian breakfast. Plenty of food and plenty of room to sit!
8.0
The cleanliness and the staff help

Near to the city center, 15 min walk
The breakfast is mediocre, but the espresso is great

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The room was nice, it overlooked a busy road but we didn't have any problems. Apparently it's common in Italy to leave the hotel key at the front desk. Here it was very convenient, as there was always someone at the front desk, so it meant one less thing to carry.
We preferred going to town for an espresso and croissant over breakfast at the hotel.

The breakfasts were sufficient and plentiful.
The room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.
8.0
Breakfast was good. The hotel is very beutiful and near downtown.
